Very Poor....Not worth at all.... We recently visted and paid 30k for the So Called PRINCY VILLA on 23rd-25th december23. No hot water in december imagine,Kids after pool needs hot shower but there was not hot water, logic will make you laugh like hell,that u have to off the tab for a while to get hot water No Wifi,reason was they did not have recharge to figure out whole thing took more then a day We had Very Bad experience in terms of Cleanliness... Just Focusing on Money Rather Than Giving Quality Service,Will never Recommend anyone Not at all worth the price. The owners only want to pocket the money without improving the place. No cleanliness. Bad mattresses, unclean floor, even more unclean surroundings. Approach road is very bad..

We had booked the villa for 2N/3D and we were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Specifically mentioned whilst booking that we have kids with us so we needed the villa to have certain amenities working correctly. In spite of booking it personally through their website we faced many issues. Cons:- Highly Priced Wifi was not working. It was almost 1 and a half day we spent without wifi. Also the network is poor. When I entered one of the room’s I saw the pillow cases and bed sheet had small hairs lying around. The geysers did not provide hot water at all. Especially during winters as we went in Dec hot water was needed. When we raised this issue with the caretaker he said you can keep the tap off for a while then again switch it on and off so that we get little bit of lukewarm water. The vacation was supposed to be for us to have fun. But we had many people interrupting our stay as for wifi, extra towels, garbage bags etc etc things which should have been taken care of before we checked in the villa which was even late than the given time. There was no proper floor mat near the swimming pool area. So there is one room attached to the entrance of swimming pool and there was no floor mat. When we asked for it the caretaker said I will get it and we waited for two days but there was no floor mat. We had to use the towel provided as a floor mat. When we asked for extra mosquito coils he said it will be charged extra. There was no dustbin in the kitchen just an open garbage bag tied to a cabinet. When asked for a dustbin they gave us an open garbage bucket without the lid. The kitchen was not at all equipped. Lack of cleanliness and cutleries. The kitchen was not even clean. The refrigerator had missing trays and the washing machine was not in a good condition to use. I had to call the owners every day during the stay for some or the other issues or queries. Pros: The terrace is actually beautifully decorated. It is the only USP of the villa to chill as the ambience is very pleasant even during the day times. The owners were co-operative they personally traveled to the villa from Mumbai to resolve our issues we faced during our stay. Nonetheless, except for wifi rest issues were not resolved as it needed proper time and management.

1. Poor Value for Money: The establishment does not justify the price paid. Surroundings contribute to a subpar environment. Owners appear more focused on profit than enhancing the facility. 2. Lack of Cleanliness: Severe lack of hygiene observed. Unclean floors and unpleasant washrooms. 3. Unreliable Wi-Fi: Despite promises, Wi-Fi functioned for only 20 minutes after check-in. Owner response claimed it's fine based on caretaker feedback, but the issue persisted. Wi-Fi started working on the second day only after the owner's visit, revealing a simple recharge issue. 4. Toiletries: Inadequate toiletries provided; only small soap and handwash initially. Toilet roll provided after a 2-hour delay upon request. Room with a pool view lacked proper foot mats, had cobwebs, and unclean floors. Inconvenient washroom conditions, especially for families with kids. Lack of toilet fresheners in all bathrooms. 5. Kitchen Amenities: Basic covered dustbin for the kitchen was missing; guests had to use garbage bags. Refrigerator lacked a deep freezer door and bottle holder racks. Washing machine was in poor condition, making it unusable. Limited and poor-quality cutlery; stained bowls and spoons. 6. Inadequate Geyser Functionality: Geyser functionality varied across rooms. The largest room lacked geyser service in the washroom. Geyser water supply in the other two rooms was functional for only 2 minutes, followed by cold water. Owner's explanation of water misuse and the resulting cutoff was unsatisfactory. 7. Positive Aspect: The villa has a beautiful terrace with a good ambiance. 8. Overall Rating: 1.5 stars overall; 1 full star for the terrace and 0.5 stars for the owner's visit to address concerns.

Not at all worth the price. The owners only want to pocket the money without improving the place. It is short-staffed and takes hours for service to be delivered. No cleanliness. Bad mattresses, unclean floor, even more unclean surroundings. Approach road is very bad. The villa has 3-4 other attached villas. The people who visit have no civic sense. No action is taken against lewd guests, loud music after 10pm. Food is average. This is not a review on the service staff, they are helpful but whoever owns/manages this place has no regard for improving the service or the experience.

Only space is huge. No hygiene maintained, property is full of dust. AC works but NO remotes provided to operate. No parking space. Terrace photo looks amazing only in pics but covered with full of dust can’t even use it. Safety wise it’s big ?

The management is prompt, villa is extremely beautiful with all the facilities and access to highway. If you are going alongwith family good place to visit as it is in city center. If you are looking for a scenic view, this won't be your first choice. Also, kitchen and utensils could have been cleaner.

The villa is not worth the penny. We paid 20k for a night without food. The bungalow is not bad but my experiance wrt value for money was not worth. If you get this bungalow for say 12-14k then i beleive its reasonable.

Very Poor....Not worth at all.... A) We had Very Bad experience in terms of Cleanliness...Kid got hurt with glass of alcohol bottle B) Meal test is not at all Good C) waste of money D) Please don't prefer if you are going to stay with Family..... E) Just Focusing on Money Rather Than Giving Quality Service Will never Recommend anyone
