This place is not suitable to stay for anybody and highly mismanaged property i have ever stayed at. Cockroaches and rodents are everywhere with no ventilation in two rooms other than the master bedroom. * Heavy dust on beds. * Spiders were found near the bed. * Huge Cockroaches were found here n there. * Fan is not working in one bedroom. * Pool is full of dirt. * Refrigerator is not working properly. * Wifi was not working and on intimation to the caretaker he was least interested. We couldn't sleep all night due to mosquitoes and flying cockroaches. It was horrible experience for us.

I had I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The owner's behavior was beyond appalling; they were rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to the guests' needs. If book this hotel from hotel or from any website you got big sacm here To make matters worse, I felt like I was scammed right from the moment I checked in. The room I was assigned was nothing like what was advertised online. It was dirty, run-down, and had a foul odor that made me want to leave immediately. The so-called "hospitality" at this place was a complete joke. The staff seemed disinterested and barely lifted a finger to assist with anything. It's as if they couldn't care less about providing a decent experience for their guests. During my stay, I encountered various issues, from broken amenities to noisy neighbors, and each time I tried to address them, I was met with indifference and excuses. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to run in the opposite direction. This hotel is a prime example of how not to run a business and how to mistreat paying customers. Save yourself the headache and disappointment – find a different place to stay This hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was dingy, The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience. The so-called 'continental "Save yourself the misery and find another place to stay."

We had our stay in Ivy Little Door cottage for a Day on 20th May 23 It was a 3 BHK property with private pool. And the good things about the stay ends here. The property was under a Shed. It was very very Hot. We were burning in hell for our Sins. Well we went on the photos will were very well Done Kudos to the photographer. First with the rooms Room 1 blocked from both side very little space not even a small table can fit after the Queen size Bed. It was very hot had dust on the sheets and Fan was flat to give any Air in Short un livable Room 2 Better than the previous one bigger in size had a metal bed with mattress not fitting and in that bed there were tons of bed rolls. Which were smelling very badly Room 3 : the master Bedroom completely packed from all side no Window but a window AC which doesn't work with black dust in it. Windows can be opened but with the no Mosquito net. It hot that you can bake a Cake. Now the Private pool it was not well maintained there were leaves and and it was small enough that not more than 4 can enter. Water taste like there was more chlorine in it than the water in it. Hall : Best of all . There was sofa with 3 legs and a wooden log under it. Other sofa was created on Cemented Rack. with no Cusion on it you may get a feeling of Jail. Dining table there were only 2 dining chair with 2 legs broken each. Bathrooms were not clean and had a good number of roaches in it. There were Mosquito repellent installed for each room. But with no liquid in it. Wifi was there without net connectivity. Parking: There is only 1 parking available but if you park your vehicle you can not close the gates We were 3 couple and 2 kids of 6 months and 1.5 years and they to refused to sleep. We were awake all night long, morally supporting one friend who got trapped in an issue from office and had to work

It's a pretty good cottage for families. Beautiful rooms, lots of games and more available to have fun during the stay. The pool was well maintained. Only the food options seems limited. But one can always order online. Overall, great experience. 👍

Electricity problem , swimming pool is small dirty , drinking water problem 🙃
