NillThe first impression of the villa is good. It is huge, hygienic and decently priced. However, the approach road to the villa (100m) is full of gravel and under construction with a steep slope. The name "paramount" is nowhere to be found in the area. The care taker is helpful but only when he is around. He vanishes every now and then and taking care of other properties at the same time. The facilities were good other than the food which was pathetic. It's better to order-in or dine -out since the restaurants are close-by. Bedrooms are large with a king size bed in each room and can easily sleep 2 adults and a child. Mattresses are available on request. The furniture in the living room needs mends. It only looks good. Very uncomfortable seats and cushions and joined together using screws and plates. Since we were a large grp, we did not bother on these issues and enjoyed ourselves. However, when paying a heavy amount the management should consider these points.

NillBad experience as there were termites in the ground floor room and couldn’t sleep, kitchen was stinky and untidy and hot water was not working properly and towels were used we felt, care taker is really helpful but I don’t think it is much in his hands, location and pool is good, if planning to take your car make sure u have spare tire as the road really bad is full of stones

NillThe food was excellent in taste and service wise also. The care taker was very humble , helped us set up the BBQ and was courteous. However also few points for improvement I would like to share. For the hi tea and breakfast, the menu was jumbled. Hi tea was supposed to be mixed bhajji whereas we were served only onion bhajji. I had asked for mixed as I knew most were coming without having lunch. So mix bhajji could be filling. Breakfast was opted as Upma as we knew people would want something light. Vegetarians were given utappa instead. Serving 6-7 people utappas and others omlette with only 1 pan also wasn’t a great idea. We did get hot and tasty bfast but eventually everyone couldnt eat together, and omlette opted folks had to wait as veg cooking had to be done first. Also if 7-8 bottles of drinking water filled could be kept available as we had to use the purifier every now and then to fill only 1 jug which was there. Thanks for the lovely stay, the property, pool and location was great .

NillThe swimming pool was smaller than expected. The electricity went at 10 pm and came morning 8 am.. it was extremely hot and we could not use the air conditioner of any room as power was not there. Very very very disappointing and would not recommend.

NillOur stay here was awesome.It was well managed by Ekostay. The villa is well maintained. Food was good. Caretaker Ram Bhau was also very cooperative.

NillVilla is excellent. Cleanliness upto the mark. Everything was functional. Caretaker is very courteous and helpful. Wish the approach road was in better condition but is not a deal breaker.

NillThe property is spacious. Great location if you ignore the 100m gravel steep slope. The rooms are big and spacious. The living room can accommodate many people. One bedroom with attached washroom, kitchen area and additional washroom. There is a small swimming pool if one wants to enjoy a dip. 3 spacious rooms with large balconies and attached washroom each on 1st floor. Sunil takes care of the property and helps guests with all their needs. He made sure all rooms were spic and apam. Appreciate his service. Something for Ekostay management. There are a few points that can make the property world class is regular maintenance like replacing or mending things whichever necessary. Another point that can improve guest experience is to accomodate early check in whenever possible. Atleast allow guests to park cars and use living room and washroom while the rest of the property is cleaned.
