I had worst experience with them, they do not provide you a tax invoice after taking tax payment from you and the staff there is terrible... prefer to stay home then to book this villa. You will not find the caretaker once he opens the villa till next day when he will come for evacuation of the same and would not even coperate for 5 mins....

My recent stay at Starfire villa by STELLAR STAYS- Villa 26 was overshadowed by a distressing incident that highlighted serious security deficiencies and a disappointing lack of responsiveness from the villa co-hosts(Faizan, Shekhar, Vishnu). In the early hours of the morning, at 4:25 am, a brazen attempt was made by an intruder to steal my friend’s belongings within the villa premises. Despite the attempt being thwarted and the intruder fleeing empty-handed, the incident left us shaken and feeling vulnerable. Regrettably, when we reported the incident to the co hosts (Shekhar, Faizan, Vishnu) expecting swift action and reassurance, we were met with apathy and a concerning lack of concern for our safety and well-being as guests. Security is paramount, especially in the sanctuary of a villa, where guests expect peace of mind and protection. The failure of Starfire Villa by STELLAR STAYS to address this incident adequately raises serious doubts about the establishment’s commitment to guest safety. It is imperative that the owner takes immediate and comprehensive measures to rectify their security protocols and prioritize the safety of their guests. Until such measures are implemented and demonstrated, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this Villa. Potential guests should be aware of these significant security lapses and consider them carefully before making any reservations. The lack of accountability and responsiveness exhibited by management is deeply concerning and cannot be overlooked.

We went for birthday celebration and it all spoiled because of the villa - 09 west by stellar stays..please do not believe on the images that they show its all fake. The villa is so small even the room size and its not at all maintained properly. The caretaker is also very rude, if you call him at 6 pm he will tell you that his duty is finished and to not call him. We paid extra charges for cleaning as the caretaker denied. Also the rooms, mattress, furnishings had fungus on it and smelling bad. They committed that it has the capacity of 16 pax to stay..but trust me not even 6 people would fit in there. The pool is also very small..the flooring of pool was also broken that we had several cuts on our foots. Pathetic service by stellar stays..The day, money and time all wasted.

The villa is ok, however too claustrophobic. There is no open space for air or light. Lonavala is a perfect destination for monsoons however one can't even step out of the villa. The rooms & beds are way too congested even for a couple with a small child. The housekeeping services were below basic expectations. They come only once and then they don't turn back even upon request. The villa is barely good for 6 ppl. There was leakage from the ceiling right on the couch which made it difficult to sit or even sleep...one good thing..u can order food from them or Zomato!

My stay was excellent and enjoyed a lot Villa had 3 Bedrooms one at ground floor and other two at first floor With attached bathroom’s Including one which had a bathtub Villa is in good condition and it has all required facilities. swimming Pool is also good and clean. Kitchen is also well maintained With Fridge and gas Stove Villa is only about 10 minutes from railway station Looking forward to visiting again very soon

Rooms will be little smaller ones, but ambieance was too good. Property was well maintained. Only issue is with pool, it won't be that much clean. Mosquitos keep on falling as it is open pool and there is no net to clean the pool by ourselves. Rest all good, even you can order food by swiggy and Zomato until 11.30PM. Morning walk outside the community will be Awesome, complete street was so cool. You can really enjoy for one night stay.

Don’t get fooled by good photos and pool photos Arrogant behavior by care taker as if he is the owner and talks rudely Pools and rooms have mosquitoes and big insects including lizards throughout the day you will be troubled with insects They gave us late checkin by 45 mins . As they were still cleaning the room when we came at 1 pm . And as agreeed they gave us 45 mins extension during checkout . But the care taker comes at 10:15 am and starts ringing bell 🛎️ and ask us to give kitchen for cooking for the next guest who are about to chekc in at 1 pm . What kind of behaviour is this ??? Room keys were not given to us . We can’t go out for shopping as there were no rooms keys . Insects and bad smell every where Sofas were not clean Bedsheets were dirty and had stains Will never come back and never recommend
