Very Worest service. Whatever the services showing in this website everything is fault. They don’t even have the common sense how to behave with customers. Food and facilities was Worest.. I suggest never stay in this hotel and also cost of food and rooms are very high. Gizar will not work in washrooms and there is no quality door mats. Waste of money.

It was my worse experience ever. Management are worst person's, They will cost 2kg rice 1500 rupess.They will talk with authority. They will not allow us to enjoy, If we ignore them then they will call to police.So please my kind request to not visit the berry fresh resort.

Worst hotel ever! Has dirty sofa's, flush doesn't work. Hospitality is even worse. The guy named Vishal started to threaten us for an issue which could have been solved by talking.

Had a very worst ! The owner in even worst than hotel .. The rooms are very small and the swimming pool is more small just like a water tank at construction site rooms are just like prison very small Even owner has provided fake discription and address... Tv and other facilities are worst There's no cleaners and there's no reception in this logging Don't book the hotel by the photos provided by the owner

Feels like the positive responses are paid ones, because there is absolutely NOTHING positive about this place. The pictures put on the sites are deceiving and the property doesn't even deserve a negative rating. The will charge you 1500 if you booking online and its not refundable, hence they end up making money for free. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AND SPEND THT MONEY FOR DOING SOME BETTER STUFFS INSTEAD!!!!

We booked hotel for 15 &16 feb 2025 by paying 50% advance after seeing the photos. We had the worst experience. Rooms and vicinity was dirty Poor hygiene No parking Pool is very small. The entire hotel is very different from the pictures provided. Pathetic service. We decided to look for another accommodation and requested for a refund which they denied to Pay So we left from there. Be aware of such fraudsters!

We stay here for 2 days. Overall experience was very good. Rooms are available in moderate price. Location is almost 3-4 km before Mahabaleshwar main market. If you have vehicle then good.Ample Parking available for car. We book Family room which was neat, clean and big size. Room service is also excellent. Bed and sofa come bed also there in room. Gallery is also nice. Food is testy but little bit expensive. They serve punjabi as well as Maharashtrian food.A Small Swiming pool is there and it's well maintained. Try to select back side rooms where view is awesome.
