Patkar Niwas

Non A.C room was worst, not maintained at all. Washroom was dirty, bed were dirty. Unhygenic place, not well maintained. Though the owner is well behaved, they kept guest unattended. They were not hosting guests properly. Even food was below average. Non AC room not recommended at all.

Hygiene is a concern, the location is Good ,very near the beach , walkable . Discuss about hot water for baths in advance . Enjoy Wayari and Dandi beach . As friends you will enjoy it more at this location , Families need to think twice.

I had a wonderful stay at Patkar Niwas! The facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms really impressed me. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Patkar Niwas for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

It's a home residency with both AC and Non AC rooms.. the owners are very friendly and hospitable. You will get rooms here for a good price but the AC took a lot of time to cool like literally 2 hours.. also the food over here is not good so either you eat out or carry your food from a local restaurant, also this place has lots of mosquitoes so carry your creams, if you are a pet lover then you will be lucky because you will get many Furry friends over here, also this place is really nice to have a BBQ party with group.. overall a good experience

People handling are very Friendly and Takes care like family member. Both A/C & Non A/C rooms are available. Wayeri beach 🏖️ 2 min walkable from Property. Good quality Food and Home made food available with all home made ingredients.. Must visit place... Handled by Tarachand Patkar & brothers

We had worst experience here..Service is really poor.. We took 2 AC rooms..One of the room's toilet flush was not working..jet spray were leaking all the time..tv was not working in one room..we were provided only 1 pull over bed sheets in each room..we had to ask for another which was also not sufficient..bedsheet on bed was not changed for 4 days..towel was not changed..we took broom and cleaned the room..2 tiny size medimix soaps provided for 4 days..food was not that great.. Not at all recommended place to stay in Malvan.

Stay here was good. You need to struggle for hot water but that can be adjusted. Rooms are nice and clean. Owners are nice and helpful. My advice to people visiting this place, do not eat here you will regret it no matter whether it's veg or non veg. Instead there is a hotel named Atithi Bamboo a few kms away which serves authentic non veg food. They also have their separate veg branch if needed.

The place is very nice. The rooms are neat and clean and at the same time at low costs. Tourists can buy fish from dandi beach which is 2km away from this place. Tourists can experience the fish auction at dandi beach which takes place early morning. The food is good here. Tourists can experience authentic malvani food here.
