Owner himself is a polite and down to earth person. Very good place and service is excellent. Food is also good and delicious. They give various options regarding food. Rooms are cleaned very day. Should visit this place wherever you visit Malwan. They even provide a big parking place which is important.

Walking distance from Malvan MSRTC BUS STAND. You have to access dandi beach & market by walk. Location was good with serine beauty. Rooms are clean & well maintained. Owner of residency having contact with water sports activities if you wish to do. Overall best experience.

Mulekar Residency is a great place to stay the rooms are really beautiful and well maintained. The owner is really hospitable and friendly the food served by them is also very homely and delicious. It's a great place to spend your holidays 👍👍

I visited this place last Friday, I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Our stay was amazing. Owner took care of us like his own family. Room were nice and clean, AC is properly functional. Most important they prepare amazing food, if you are fish lover must visit here. We will visit again here.. Thank Mule Family for offering amazing stay.

Amazing services! The host Ajinkya Mulye and his family are really kind at heart. They made us feel home. The food was home-made, fresh and delicious. Quantity was really good. Rooms are clean and rates are reasonable. Dandi beach and Malvan beach are at walkable distance. This hotel is hardly a 15 minutes walk from Malvan bus stand. Definitely give it a try if you're planning a Malvan trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice and private and room was so spacious which was awesome. Little ways from anything but it's good because of the security and peace & quiet. Mr. Ajinkya Mulye and his team are really thorough professionals in their work. Highly recommend here to visit and stay.
