The room was good. Enough for accommodation of 5 people. But i will recommend 4 people to live in a single room. Mr. Giri was very professional and helpful. It gives the vibe of your living in nature. It' s ideal for bachelors. The price was also reasonable. For a bath, you have to take hot water from outside which is okay and convenient. Normal water 24 × 7 available, so no issue. Improvement: would be great if they provide geysers, wifi and food. It would definitely add Value in stay.

If we talk about the location of the room, the location is very nice, even if you walk for a minute, you can see the beach and Sindhudurg fort in front. The owners of the house are very friendly, and you won't find a better room than Malvan at such a low rent..

The location is near to beach...Awesome scene...Rooms are clean and good...Service is also good...hot water facility is available for bathing...The price of rooms is reasonable not costly...Thank u kaki

Very helpful owner and had pleasant stay. Visitors please take note that park your car from Beach side entry. It's a small home with just basic stay and clean green setup.

Owner not so cooperative... Mosquito army all over the room... Not worthy .. Good thing is Location just 50 metre away from the beach... I will not go there next time...

Giri owner has very rude behaviour, I'm asking about the location they are not guiding properly, said search another rooms 😑😒 I'm very disappointed.
