The overall stay was okay, Starting with the good points, the rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities. You will get everything nearby for emergency. It’s safe, and it has a good vibes. The best part you will feel like it’s your home !! Coming to the bad points, I felt the owner is a bit arrogant, and there is no still parking. You have to park the car on the road, which seems inconvenience. Check in and check out timing are less compare to the check-in timing. The maid is not available to clean the utensils and comes to clean the house once in two days. Overall, I will rate this stay as Better, but would have been better.

I needed a place to base myself in wanowrie-kondhwa to work on my startup. I'm glad I booked this place as it happened to be the best place for that. Santy is an amazing host who is very meticulous with everything in the house. The security is perfect with multiple locks at gate, main door and room door. There are cctvs at common areas too. It felt very safe. The house has a big kitchen. There's also a huge dining table which doubled up as my workplace. There was inverter so light cuts weren't a problem. Overall I had an amazing stay for a week and would definitely recommend folks to stay here.

We initially booked this Airbnb for just one night but ended up staying for the entire vacation – that’s how much we loved it! The rooms were impeccably clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities, making our stay incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic as well – everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the area. If you're looking for a cozy, well-maintained space in Pune with a homely vibe, this is definitely the place to be. We had one of the best times here, and we’ll absolutely be coming back!

Best location in the middle of a great food hub. Santy is the kindest of all hosts I have ever met. He is helpful in every way-you just need to ask. Safety-wise for women and children-5 stars. Very neat and tidy home. Had a great time 👍👍

Let's put it this way. For me, this was exactly "a home away from home". They had pretty much most of the basic amenities and to be honest this was a far more better experience than what I would have got had I chosen a hotel. Santy (Santosh), the owner has taken great care of this property. For anyone visiting Pune and who ends up on the east side of the city, do check it out. This will be worth your money spent. Trust me!

So true to its name calm peaceful homely. I stayed with my family for 15 days. It a home away from home with kitchen, washing and necessary utilities. Super host Santy is amazing. He goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Treatment received was more than we could have hoped for Rex the little dog is a bundle of joy to behold. A real sweet heart.

Wonderul Place. Host made us feel like home and was very supportive. Location was good no outside noise. We stayed two night and it was a good experience . The co-host Rexx was also very friendly and cute. We loved the stay.😍

I found a home away from home at Serene Living. I can relax and feel at peace here, because Santy keeps the place tidy, clean, comfortable, and friendly. He is always around to help. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of restaurants around, the street is quiet, the home is safe and secure, and other guests are respectful and kind. I could easily stay here for a weekend or for a month!
