Very talk active (!), friendly and helpful hoest Helena welcomes you in her cosy homestay. The quiet room has a lovely atmosphere, bath room very simple but hot water available 💦 Kitchen is good equipment, we could also do our laundry and as we were guest of Osho Resort, which is in walking distance (15min or tukky for 50RS) she borrowed us the obligatory robes🧘🏼‍♀️. Also early check in and late check out were possible, what made the stay even more pleasant. If you want a home away from home- book here ❤️

I got bedbugs from this place. It was two nights after staying in this place. I have never had these kind of bites before staying in her accomodation. It were three dots connecting together as the photos show, which is not Mosquito bites at all. The photo was taken in her kitchen only to show the traveller as i saw many reviews of her being unreasonable. After I posted the review of bedbugs, she called me lying. This person is unbelievable. She is not responsible for the sanitary and cleanliness in her own place. And only she did was to defend her self. You stayed in her room, the chances are you got bedbugs. Simple as that. After 30 days, I still need to deal with the clothes that I wore there. For after I left her place, I still got bites if I wore clothes that were exposed in her place. It is funny, I got bedbugs from her place, I cannot tell the truth?

It was one of my most cozy stay of life. The moment I entered, it felt like it's a divine place. And praises for the host and owner Laxmi will be endless. Such a sweet lady and supportive. The house has 3 separate rooms. 1 occupied by Laxmi and 2 others for guests. I stayed in a double room with my father. The washroom was outside but that didn't harm. There is a common sweet kitchen with sitting table and books to read. Being a cook I can say that the kitchen was well equipped. There is facility of laundry, drinking water, WiFi and hot water. This is now my most amazing stay experience in Koregaon Park. Not to miss that I made 2 friends from Germany during my stay 🙂. God bless Laxmi for being such a lovely host

The host Prem Amrit was very helpful and hospitable. It is not hotel stay, it's like homestay - I enjoyed real Indian apartment life there with good people. (the room is private) I feel the host is paying his effort to make happy vibes. That is one of the great points of this homestay. The host also maintain common area like kitchen so clean, it was pleasant stay. Very convenient place to visit Osho park. The bed is a bit hard. The owner needs to get paid within 1day (I couldn't pay through booking websites) so if being foreigner and don't have Indian bank account, may worry how to pay.(Only bank transfer or UPI are acceptable) I was in Koregaon Park so I went the place directly for make payment, but I found I could transfer money by an International transfer service. It helps, since you know, sometimes it is too difficult to go there before stay in advance for the payment, when we're traveling... I feel it could be better that we could pay on websites for foreign travelers. (Actually it happens so many times in my India travel, not only this place. I don't know why that way seems popular in India.) Anyway, it was wonderful time to stay there.

This place is now my home away from home. Miss Helena is the kindest person I have met. I also did a Soma Aura session with her and felt so light and refreshed. I might come back to Pune just to stay here.

The place is in a really good location though the place is very shabby. It has Osho words all over the place so you'd think they would be a little like Him?!...not at all 😳. As I booked on booking it said I could pay at the place however as soon as I booked I got a call from the owner telling me to make payment or I would lose the place as well as insisting that I tell her a 30 minute window of when I would arrive. As a foreign traveller in india exploring on a motorbike it's not easy to know where you will be by the end of the day...I said I couldnt adhere to either of her requests so that was that. To my surprise I then got a call the next day to ask me if I am still interested in her room (& I said yes but only if I can pay at the property) and she said that I should do a bank transfer or gpay...I said no and that was that. My wife then looked for a place and she somehow managed to book the same place. ... wooooahhh 😳...nice ...ish flat but certainly not a King size and the mosquitoes wee relentless all night so not much sleep. Be careful with the owner. The place is ok and the kitchen was a surprise though difficult to wash your clothes as the helper had use of the machine constantly. Enjoy Koreagan Park.

Very bad & arrogant response. After we booked we tried to call to understand the rules there was no response. However we reached the location . It's a residential flat located ina very shabby, dirty place. Even after reaching we couldn't meet anyone we had to walkout with disappointment. After some time a lady calls & speaks very arrogant ly & asks me a question that how can she respond quickly when she is in Europe & asks me to behave to European mindset. Very upset The given phone number gets connected to Czech Republic
