One of the worst experience when I visited Pune for the first time. The rooms are messy, dusty and has bad odour more like an unused room for long time. The bedsheets, tables are all dusty and I literally fell sick due to dust. The owner is buttering in the beginning and at the end he will literally charge you extra if you have checked in 5 minutes prior the time even if all the rooms are literally vacant. The owner does not even give the room key and ask me to keep the door as it is when I go out. Not safe location to stay with your family. Be careful try to avoid this.

1.The location is remote it's very complicated. 2. Rooms are OK, but the owner is greedy so be careful. 3. Nothing is free, even drinking eaters are charged. The owner is greedy & talks with butter in his tongue. Be very careful The owner tried to exploit guests as much as possible & prefer payment in cash or UPI to some others account.

Avoid booking this place at all cost. We spoke to the owner directly and he asked us to book directly with him coz that will save me some money that online sites cost extra. He was not very open about the rates initially. Since this place is near to the airport and I wanted a place for 6 hrs or so, I was okay. So the full day room rent is 900 or so, but I was charged 900 for 6 hrs and he mentioned he will charge additional 100 for each hour during the checkin. But let me tell you this man is so money minded and rude. We had to take our luggage by our own through the narrow stairs and we were okay. There were no towels, soap, water in the room. If you ask, owner mentions it is chargeable. If you ask for internet, he says you have to pay hourly rates. There is a 1970' tv in the room but the cable connection is not recharged. If you ask, tv is not available with room. Now when we were checking out, owner said I have to pay 150 extra for the extra hour which initially he said was 100. So I ended up paying more than the daily room rent for a 6 hrs stay. But I have never seen a hotel asking for extra money for towel and internet in today's era that too in a city like Pune. Talking about the room, it is a super basic one with just a bed with colored bedsheet and an old steel almirah with creaking sound. No room service.Located In a residential colony and pretty hard to locate

Booked via online App for only day use. Was charged 515 for 4 hours. Room had 3 beds on sharing basis. It was very basic. There is no restaurant. Accessibility is quite easy and auto / cabs are easily available. It's about 2 kms from pune airport

I stayed for quick nap as my flight reached early in the morning. It was close to the airport and host was good though it was un time to reach. Good stay for night or with friends. Host had charged parking charges separately. I booked the room from MMT.

Anytime check-in. I did book the slot between 6am to 4pm, however, I checked in early by 1.5hrs and didn't pay any extra amount as the room allotted to me was on an hourly basis. Rooms are tidy and spacious with clean washrooms, all day hot water. Only drawback was no food outlets nearby, one can order from Swiggy/Zomato.

wow a great place for an average guy like me. They provide almost everything . well maintained place .always quiet. But if you order something from outside and no plates with you for eating. they would charge you extra 25 rs for each plate..LOL. Rest are great... from the junction / bus stop you have to walk 600 m , 7 min walk approximately.

The old man doesn't know how to talk to people. Treats guests as street thugs. Doesn't help with their luggage. Charges exorbitant amount for minor extra hours. If you care an iota about hospitality you better don't wander even near this property.
