I had a really good experience at Swanand Homestay in Ratnagiri. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The hosts were very friendly and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. It's a great spot for a peaceful getaway, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ratnagiri!

I had the best experience at Swanand Home Stay. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful owner and caretaker ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed there for 1 night and the experience was so good. Rooms and washrooms are clean and care taking staff is also very co operative. Even the owner was very helping and guided us through out our trip to Ratnagiri. He also gave us a list of locations to see and numbers of auto drivers. And catering service is also nearby so we can get our breakfast and lunch in time. I loved this place. So I would suggest you all to please check it because costing is also affordable for this place.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and above all very quiet which is important in India. the owner is helpful and kind. I spent 4 days away from the noise of the city and I felt at home! I recommend to everyone!!

A cozy, simple, and homely stay. The place is cleanly maintained, and the water quality is good. The caretaker, along with the person who provided dinner and breakfast, was incredibly humble and sweet. Conveniently located near Ratnagiri railway station. Overall, a great experience!

Home stay is very beautiful, it's near ratnagiri station at 3 min distance by car and walking 10 min, rooms are beautiful and cleans, perfect home stay for family and other.
