We visited n stayed for 3 nights at Abhalmaya, between 24 Dec to 28 Dec 2023. As it's completely secluded from highways and urbanization, the location is perfect for people seeking real peace n isolation from the crowd even in peak tourism time of December. The bunglow is really beautiful, completely furnished n equipped with everything needed for a long homestay. A huge hall, two bedrooms, two big balconies and a big kitchen. We were 15 guests and got easily accommodated, with enough beddings. One toilet and one toilet cum bath inside. Two toilets and baths outside in premise. Extra room in premise for driver with you. The premise is huge and well maintained. No other home or hotel around atleast 200 meters, so we really enjoyed the private stay with barbeque and cricket in the premise. The huge Mithbav beach with white sand, the beautiful temple on a hill and the under development MTDC resorts are just 250 meters walk from the homestay. All major sightseeing attractions are within 20km radius, so each day you could enjoy the sightseeing in one direction and come back to homestay in the evening. - Kunkeshwar, Vijaydurg Fort, Devgad beach n windmill park, Lovely Pokharbav Temple in a water stream, Tondavali beach, Tarkarli Beach, Sindhudurg Fort etc. Special thanks to the homestay owner Mr. Rupesh Dhoke and the caretaker n cook Mr. Rupesh Tari for the perfect experience.

Abhalmaya is just a bliss. It was our 2nd visit over their. A 2bhk bungalow with ac, free wifi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with water purifier ND fridge also.good food. If u r planning picnic with ur toddlers nothing Can be better than this place as u Can use kitchen Owner Mr. Rupesh dhoke is very humble person. Beach is just 5 min walking and it's just literally like private beach

I had the pleasure of visiting Aabhalmaya Homestay with a group of six people during the first week of June, and it was an absolute delight from the moment we arrived and an unforgettable experience. One of the best aspects of Aabhalmaya is its proximity to the beach. Just a short 3-4 minute walk, and you're greeted by a beautiful shoreline. What made it even better was the fact that the beach had relatively few visitors, allowing us to fully enjoy the serene surroundings. The homestay itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the presence of a washing machine was an added convenience, allowing us to take care of our laundry during our stay. The spacious kitchen provided ample space for us to prepare and enjoy our own dinner and breakfast the next morning. Furthermore, we had the opportunity to explore the local dining scene for lunch, which was just a quick 5-minute drive away. The location of Aabhalmaya strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility to nearby amenities. The architecture and design are aesthetically pleasing, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. Although I am writing this review a bit late due to personal commitments, I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at Aabhalmaya. I am already looking forward to future visits, and I highly recommend this homestay to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thanks to the owner of Aabhalmaya for making our stay truly special.

Recently we had been here and felt just at home. Four to six people can have a very comfortable stay. The home stay caretakers (Pravin and Rani) are caring, prepare real good food and their pricing are also very reasonable. One can just relax sitting out where you always have a nice breeze. There is a clean and calm beach which is just 200 meters away. Anyone who comes here can have a pleasant stay.

The location was fantastic and the house gives you a homely feel. The rooms can fit 10-12 people easily and has easy access to beach. Totally worth it and a must stay if you are near to this location

This Diwali vacation, I visited to the Abaalmaya. My family enjoyed a lot during the two days stays, specially my kids. Here we go with the honest feedback: 1. Neat and clean stay. 2. Food was Owesome, provided by care taker. 3. Nice hospitality provided by caretaker Rani and Praveen during stay and the owner over call/chat. 4. Owner is very supportive and prompt on queries and facilities. 5. Clean white sand beach on two minutes walk, no need to drive anymore which was plus point.

Abhalmaya Home Stay is very good place for stay and relax in Konkan. It is located in Tambaldeg Village, Mithbav. Mithbav Beach is only at distance of 2-3 minutes walk. Gajba Devi temple is also 10-15 minutes walkable distance. Kunkeshwar Temple is about 15-20 Km distance from this place. Caretaker is very helpful and friendly. Caretaker serves very tasty food and breakfast on demand and with extra charge. Owner also help with details of sightseeing places nearby this Abhalmaya Home Stay.
