It was very safe and home like atmosphere. I am solo female traveller and this place felt very safe. I checked in at 11 night and the host was very helpful and nice person. Last moment he arranged room for me. It was all over a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Pravuprasad Homestay! The location is perfect — very close to the airport and easily accessible to all major attractions in Bhubaneswar. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Mr. Sunil, the host, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. He made sure that every aspect of the stay was taken care of and went out of his way to assist with anything I needed. His hospitality truly made me feel at home. The homestay is peaceful and well-maintained, with a lovely garden and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated the personal touches and the genuine care shown by the host. I highly recommend Pravuprasad Homestay to anyone visiting Bhubaneswar — whether for a short trip or a longer stay. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I return!

Exceptional Service and Beautiful Rooms From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, modern . Housekeeping was thorough, and we appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water. Definitely coming back!

Very very poor service, totally disappointed with the stay I had in this homestay. The guy named Mr. Sunil Nayak is totally a nuisance and unprofessional. At first I booked an AC room for a half day stay 3 days prior to my visit, the guy confirmed the same over WhatsApp, later 2 days when I took a follow up call the guy was totally blunt as if he didn't accept the booking which shows the kind of seriousness towards the customer he has. Later, sorted the matter somehow but this whole situation was very traumatic, backing from your commitment is the first sign of not valuing a customer. When we arrived here, then even after conveying the time of arrival in advance we were told to wait as the rooms were not ready even after confirming the day before and taking the advance, we were very tired from the journey and we were forced to wait for 45 mins in the poorly managed reception. The room we allotted lacked basic amenities, was full of mosquitoes and the shelves were absolutely not cleaned. We were told to keep the slippers and shoes outside the room and walk in a poorly cleaned room barefoot. The staffs (so called) were very poorly and ill mannered dressed, they were roaming in innerwear/towel around the body and shorts even when we had a lady during the stay. We somehow managed to stay but as time passed and checkout time was approaching, we were planning to checkout as per the time discussed in the morning during checkin but this guy, Mr. Nayak called and mentally disturbed us for checkout, he was not even ready to co-operate and backed on his commitment of the check-in interaction. He kept us waiting for 45 mins for check-in and was not ready to co-operate for 10-15 mins buffer for checkout which is the basic understanding of everyone who's in the hospitality industry. The photos he shared were with glamour but in reality it was very poor. I will not recommend this to anyone, to just keep the homestay management informed that this was not the first time we were travelling and stayed in a homestay/hotel, we have stayed in Airbnb and hotels and we have basic understanding of being a customer. Instead of putting fake reviews and photos, try to improve your services. I wish I could have given negative. Dear readers, risk it on your own if you still wish to stay here. You can note that we paid the charges equivalent to the full day charges available online for a half day stay and still received such low level services. If anyone needs any proof of the discussion, I can share the screenshot of the chats of whatsapp and now I'm also taking the matter with respective authorities as now he has commented on my caste background on sms

Pravuprasad Home Stay is not only a homestay It's a place of Heart stay❤️. We all our family members are very much thankful for the great hospitality and kind behaviour of the owner sir. The property is very much clean and well maintain . The staff behaviour is also gentle. I recommend Personally to stay here with your friends and family... Thank you... ( Bikash Kumar , Bargarh)

Stay was amazing and literally we can't imagine we will have this much of hospitality. It was under budget and can share upto 8 members. Overall the stay was good, specially sunil bhaiya was good enough to give respect and very friendly.
