OYO Hotel Aarambh

When I go to this property booked by oyo APP the reception person not in present that time I am waiting for half an hour when a person will be come to say is it your booking online but your online booking is not be mention to my system on that time the person will be say to take a room offline is charged for 1000 and he say you will be check out 10 am but I know the startand time 11 am to 12 pm. When I enter the room there is no mirror, no glass, no landline, no proper door lock, no shop, no shampoo, no drinking ro water, no tv cable connection, no car parking facility, it's a horrible stay I think it's a only for couple who stay 2 to 4 hours. Not whole night. I am a traveller to stay budget friendly hotels like oyo Fab hotel treebo hotel and etc.
