Its a good property. We stayed here from 29th Sept to 4th Oct 2025. The room they provide also good with AC, Gyser, TV etc. The Owner Mr Harekrishna Dash is very charming person and talking a lot with us with his wife. The caretaker Harun also helpful person. Thanks to MMT.

Great place to stay if you are looking for HOME, which is located perfectly walkable distance from Puri Temple and Golden Beach. The hosts are very welcoming and the property is maintained really well. Has a cozy terrace garden and one can enjoy view of Jagannath temple flag from there! Rooms are big enough and aptly cleaned.

I recently stayed at Susila Nivas, Puri, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The homestay felt like a home away from home. Special thanks to Harun Dada and Kuni Didi, who are such warm and genuine people – they took great care of us throughout our stay. The owner is also very kind and welcoming. The food was homely, fresh, and delicious – just like eating at home. The property is in a great location, within walking distance from the sea beach, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to the facilities and hospitality offered. Overall, Susila Nivas is the perfect place to stay in Puri if you want comfort, warmth, and a homely atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good experience. I along with my family spent a week at your Home Stay which is situated in a convenient location, roughly equidistant from Swargadar & Temple. Rooms are quite spacious & wash room neat & clean. Facilities like Aquaguard & Geyser AC Wi fi....are available. I enjoyed a homely & serene atmosphere which is most desirable for a stay with family. We used to cook food everyday in the small kitchen. It felt like we were at home. Your and Madam's behaviour & especially amiable Harun Babu has left a lasting mark on our minds. However, I think there is still some scope for betterment in customer service. If not, ignore my views.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Susila Nivas Homestay. The owners live on the top floor and welcome guests with the warmth and. The caretaker, Harun Dada, is always available and ready to assist with anything you might need. I was traveling to Puri with my family, including my 1-year-old son, and they kindly allowed us to use the kitchenette to prepare his meals—at no extra cost! Having stayed in many hotels and lodges across India, I can say that very few places offer such genuine hospitality and warmth. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at Nivas Homestay, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The warmth and hospitality we received were unmatched—Harun Dada and Kuni Didi took such great care of us, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well-fed, treating us like family. Their genuine kindness and ever-smiling faces made our stay so special. The owners were equally sweet and welcoming, always checking in and making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such a homely vibe while traveling, and Nivas Homestay gave us just that.

Stayed at Susila Nivas for 4 days from July 30 to August 2. The entire process right from the booking to check-in and check-out was seamless. Hare Krishna Das ji was very prompt in helping with all initial queries for the booking. Harun dada helped with all tasks in the stay. His chai especially was amazing!…kuni didi also helped us with external tasks etc….Loved the stay..would recommend to everyone!

I had stayed here for two days after booking through MMT. The room was very neat and the bathroom was spacious. The main temple is about 10 mins walk from the home and the bus stand is about 2.5 kms (Bali Sahi High School or Anand Vatika are the locations you need to tell the auto drivers). Harun dada, the care taker, was very helpful and is a nice man. It was on his suggestion that I visited Raghurajpur and bought a few artworks. Parking space seems to be an issue if you are travelling by your own vehicles and do check with the owners beforehand.
