De Sea Apartments

Terrible experience on staying at De Sea apartments. Lift not woking. Have to stair up 6th floor by walking (a nightmare for senior citizens). Door-lock broken. Very dirty rooms from inside. No room service provided. Water heater out of order. Refrigerator not provided (despite announce during booking). Window AC partially broken with burned wires coming out from inside. Metallic lift door has electrified with improper wire fixation. In a word, most disgraceful & fraudulent service witnessed in our life (pan-India & abroad). This property must be immediately ceased with all necessary legal action should be taken against this imposter authority. They r basically cheating people with mis-leading lucrating advertisement & photos. We r about to logde a case in consumer forum court asap againt this fraudulent De Sea agency. Highly condemed. All people must alert themself from trapping inside this nasty, money-looting agency in Puri. It's a real shame for Orissa state!!

Worst-ever homestay/ hotel we've ever witnessed in our entire life. If this happens in any other states (or outside India) the fraudulent agency owner might be immensely penalised for this kind of cheating they r practising now & then in this property. All we people need to do is to ban this property (De Sea apartment) immediately. This property should be immediately ceased to prevent further cheating of this agency. We r raising this issue to OTDC & relevant Govt. officials before defaming of the sacred place is going beyond recovery. Highly disrecommend this property. They r actually cold-blooded money-looters disguised under sober coat of advertisements.

It's apartment complex where many hotels are operating. It's 10 minute walk from the beach. Apartment has atleast 7 to 8 floor..strange to find that lift was not working. Not much occupancy was there even on weekend. Room.was spacious with ample space with extra living space.No restaurant attached with this block. One has to prepay 40 percent during booking and fullpayment required on arrival(strange condition..many overlooks during booking). Had to speak attend to get the TV working..ample parking space available. One should book this property from their original site to pay less compared to other booking sites.

Alert! Alert! Alert! Hell on earth. The horrendous experience one could ever feel if staying in this De Sea Apartment. How worst can a homestay service can go down is easily measured during your stay in this property. All your plan will get ruided if you stay in this place (De Sea apartment). We cordially request Odisha Govt. to please investgate this fraud agency continuosly cheating people & putting a black-spot under the sacred place of heritage. This type of criminal activities should not be let open to deliberately victimise more people in future.

Good specious apartment Big Balcony, big bedroom and good host, good service 4 people can easily sit in balcony Always Quick Responce from Host and service attendant Good on pocket too It’s always better then small hotel rooms, Good view from all the rooms Especially 6th Floor

If you travel your own car or bike this is good option for you..otherwise it's tuff to communicate. Room are specious & clean Ac lift all service are available..overall good experience..

Was really a great stay for 4 days, as requested by me for my parents was fulfilled by the management. Is not far away from sea beach, it has balcony facing the garden and room overlook the swimming pool as well the studio rooms are spacious and well maintained. The bathroom are having bathtub which makes your life easy after taking a bath in sea. Highly recommended and I wish them all the best, the staff sameer was very helpful.

Bad roads while entering the place. Dirty Rooms and balconies, broken furniture. Door vinyl peeling off. Not maintained properly at all. Cannot use AC while curtains covering the window. So inside of the room is visible from outside. Burnt AC Plug and wires just connected from the open switch outlet. Window curtains not covering window properly. No room service and cannot get any food nearby. Lift not working properly. Stops on its own at different floors. Pool is chargeable. No WiFi, as the caretaker was not aware about the password. Empty water and liquor bottles lying outside the door and lift lobby. Even the Lodge nearby railway station is better.
