Nirman beach Homestay

It's an apartment just a few meters from the beach. The location is a little bit distant from the railway station. However, I like the hospitality of the manager. The rooms are clean, the bed is good, and the views are superb. You can go for it if you have your own vehicle to visit the important places in Puri.

I stayed at Nirman Beach Homestay with my family (group of 5) from 27th November to 1st December 2024. The room we stayed in was fantastic, offering breathtaking sea views from two balconies and the kitchen. This homestay is truly perfect for families looking for a comfortable and serene getaway. The host was exceptionally accommodating and tried her best to resolve any issues we faced. I had to attend a few important video meetings during my stay, and she kindly arranged another room for me to work in peace, which was incredibly thoughtful. The homestay is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The only area of improvement would be the internet connectivity. Adding routers in each room could significantly enhance the experience for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this homestay to families seeking a relaxing vacation close to the beach.

It is indeed a nice place❤️ location/ rooms. Host is very cooperative lady. One can enjoy the sea from each balcony or window and literally from your bed also🙂

Very homely place, well mannered staff, nearby beach, nearby marketplace with lots of food options, easy transport facilities, pleasant sea view balconies. Overall very good stay. Highly recommended.

It was a great stay at Nirman HomeStay. They have a small kitchen which is helpful and the property is extremely clean and safe. They have cute drawings on the wall and the manager and the owner are also very polite and helpful.Location of the hotel is also best there is a sea nearby the Jagannath temple is also within 2km its a very flexible location.

Nice play to stay. I had visited this place second time. Good atmosphere, perfect beach view. Good house keeping. Owner are good look like living at home.

The worst stay of my life - its a scam people should never book here - worst i have ever encountered. List: 1) No lift (second floor where this so called place is situated ) - which was not stated previously 2)There was no help in carrying the luggage to the room - the owner and the helpers didn't even bother helping at all 3) We found used towel in the washroom - in the room which they supposedly cleaned before our arrival 4) We found stashed away waste food in the cupboard which wasn't easily noticeable prior- which was giving out a hideous smell throughout the stay 4) We were provided used and not well maintained bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets which were so smelly. 5) The owners were very very rude- one of the family member was even sick due to the hideous food available in the region , and when asked for the basic guidance in regards to pharmacy they feigned ignorance - only thing they were concerned was the AC - as if people never used on in their whole life. 6)They payment system is shady too - the person who contacts you initially to whom you pay 30% during booking disappears on site , and the rest we had to pay immediately to someone else on arrival ( family member it seems before even concluding the stay)

Why to go for costly hotel and resort?You will find everything in your fingertips..Beach is just 700 m.away from..Just 3 min walking distance..Also you will get sea view facing rooms...For Jagannath Dham ..it will cost you around 150 rs(Tooktook).. You will get Travel Agency for sight seeing just 300 m away..If you are foody then you will get gas stove at 150 rs per day..cook your own.. owner will Will provide you everything..
