The people managing the place over call are very rude and should not be anywhere near the hospitality business. The rooms are good but avoid ruining your vacation by having to deal with these people Edit in response to the reply given below. - Firstly learn on how to reply to customers ... The incident date was around December 2023. I had forgotten to give the review then as wanted to continue with my vacation rather than focusing on these petty issues. My grandfather was traveling with us and on call they lied that there were no steps etc and that was not the casw furthermore we had paid for drivers accomodation extra but it was not given. The person managing the booking from Kolkata I don't remember the name exactly or whoever is absolute scum. He has no ability to talk decently and should not be anywhere near the hospitality business.

Extremely bad experience. Never been so disrespected by anyone before as much as I have been here by the host. The youngest lady who is in charge is extremely rude and arrogant, has no minimum sense of hospitality. She literally used curse words on her guests and also came to hit us. Has no proper service. Extremely overpriced according to its location since it's very remote, service and food. Also has no service men to even lift luggage.

The female owner is a psycho. Doesn't know how to talk and argues mindlessly. Food is not up to the mark. Our room too was a non-functional room. The geysers were not working, the door locks were not working even the lights were flickering. I hope someday this haunted resort becomes a proper tourist friendly Resort. GET WELL SOON dear owner.

Rooms are good. Aunty who is present there cooks great food. The views are also good. One thing that was missing was the presence of toiletries. At least a soap or hand wash should have been kept. Everything else was perfect.

We spend one night.It was a really good experience. Rooms are very clean. Washroom was so nit & clean.Food was delicious & yummy 😋. Specially the care taker person was so humble and helpful.much recommended

Zuluk is currently almost a remote place to visit and Snow Lion resort is one of the best resorts out there. Service was really good. Food was also good. If you need room heater, they will charge 500 rupees extra per night per room. You will only get Jio tower here. Overall experience was good. A new broad road is currently under construction, hopefully by 2025 it will be completed.

Talking about Silk Route Trip, did just 10 Days back. Though the Locations were remote, but the fantastic arrangements along with the unspoiled natural beauty makes the trip really memorable. Stay, Location, Food, Hospitallity everything was perfect, which makes our trip full of enjoyment & seamless. Our pilot Mingma Chippu was very punctual, professional, cooperative & being a local guy knows the entire Silk Route on his finger tips. Mr Arup coordinated the entire trip excellent way. Overall the trip is highly recommended to nature lovers.

It was a very good experience. The environment there is very beautiful and everyone's behavior is very good. Very clean place.
