Sweet Memories stay

The manager, Mr. Ramesh turned out to be an unreliable character. After confirmation of booking, he could not provide rooms on arrival, and put us up in another property late into the night. Then he made us pay 20% extra for that property, after having taken an advance for his own property. Despite repeated requests, he has yet to send a proper invoice for the stay, even after a week.

we did not stay here but had booked and forced to cancel. Rooms were ok definately not worth the price still booked for our guest because it was near to my house. An old man had confirmed the date and time and collected the full amount in advance before a couple of days of the stay. I went in person and booked only for the early check in. Suddenly the day before night of the guest arrival when i called that old man he just like that said early checkin is not possible and was blabbering that he did not confirm about early checkin ( may be memory loss due to age factor, sorry if i am rude) this host has the worst attitude as if we are staying here for free 3k is too much for that dappa room. I give o star for this host attitude and behavior

I had booked 4 rooms for my guests and they had a fantastic stay. The ever obliging and courteous owner, Mr. Ramesh was there always for any kind of request. One of the best stays in the heart of the City.

Excellent place and service. One of the rooms had a plumbing issue the day we were to check-in. The owner personally drove us with our belongings to the nearby Malayalee Club and checked us in. Highly recommend

Very clean rooms, friendly staff & location is at the Centre of the Chennai city. Travel friendly staycation to explore the city. Good value for money, we really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights & 4 days. Would love to visit again.
