Hi team, This Villa is exceptionally good and well maintained. From the Start point to the check out the process has been clearly explained. Certain utensils was very useful and the requirements is empty water bottles. The residents of this area is exceptionally good and very clean maintained. The outside of the property to be white washed. We really enjoyed and had so much fun in this venue.

Baba Beach house is one of the best villas in the area. Very spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. The owners were very organised, polite and ensured all of us were taken care of. Moreover, the location is just next to the beach, making it an attractive property. Definitely recommend this villa :)

Had rented the place for a week(3rd week of February), however very much disappointed with the stay and amenities available. Kitchen hardly had any cutlery and was uninviting to even make a tea/coffee. Broken couch & Cockroaches sighted (lacks basic pest control). While there was a mosquito warning, atleast a door mesh should be installed to enjoy some fresh air. No washing machine available for basic laundry. The only saviour is the A2B veg restaurant at a walkable distance. Chose this as an alternative to an apartment (required staircase climbing ) but felt my decision was erroneous. Would suggest guests to choose this ONLY if they need JUST a roof near sea shore/beach.

The house was Clean ... bachelor's party friendly with a dining table and enough seating for 10 members. Kitchen , bedroom AC and toilets all clean. , well organized and coordinated by Mr. Ganesh... Ty Ganesh for giving us a pleasant stay !! Looking forward for another occasion 😉
