Had an wonderful experience during my stay, checks all basic needs such as AC, good cot, no frequent power cuts, friendly staff and had parking too.

It's in a prime location having proximity to to all important Chennai landmarks. Brand new property with good amenities. Rooms and bathroom is very clean. The owner takes personal care and makes sure everything is fine. I strongly recommend this place for the people who wants a homestay kind of place and not a hotel. Restaurants are at walkable distance as this place does not have a kitchen.

I highly recommend SS Stay for a comfortable and inviting hotel experience. The rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained by the staff. The service was prompt as well. It's an ideal choice for students who have undertaken courses at HIMT - Kilpauk.

I stayed in Chennai for two days to do some shopping for my sister's wedding. I chose to stay at Sstay and it was great. the rooms are very clean, well equipped (air conditioning, a good mattress, TV and a bathroom). in addition sstay is very well located in less than 10 minutes we are in the center. I recommend sstay and will come back during my next stays in Chennai

Rooms were tudy and clean. Toilets maintained in good condition. Staff was very courteous. It was very near to HIMT walking distance.No food available at the hotel but have restaurants nearby.
