SaiRia house at Uthandi Beach

Well appointed rooms with good comfortable beds. Hot water, air conditioning, kitchen aids, wifi etc …much needed day to day comforts are excellent. Several nearby entertainments (theatres, golden beach etc) and historical landmarks ( mammallapursm) and still away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoyed A2B nearby restaurant and there are several choices for delivery. Enjoyed the quiet beach walk in the evening and early mornings. Overall its a good holiday stay.

Beautiful house and a very good location. I went with my family and really enjoyed my stay. The staff there was helpful. The house is well furnished except for power back up. It is at a walkable distance to the beach that just adds on to why you would want to choose this place. A good eatery, Thai spices, is also available nearby. Besides u can use swiggy too. Overall a good place.

Super Location, Perfect for a Group, Family Travellers, with spacious gated Car Park... Rooms are Nice and Beautiful with a Very Large Living Hall is the Right place for Family Get-to-Gether.... Beach/Sea shore is practically at stone throw-away distance,, which makes our Morning/Evening Walk Very Pleasant and Memorable, Morning Sun Rise View Beauty is Mesmarizing... During the Night, Sitting at the Third Floor Level Roof Top is a Boon for the Star Gazers with a Bonus Pleasure of listening to the Lulluby from the Waves thar Endlessly Kiss the Shore.... And for Dining-out Wonderful Restaurant is Located Near by...

This 4BHK Beach House is really excellent. Uthandi Beach is also just 2 minutes walkable distance only. Very clean environment and Beach is also very clean. Try atleast once.

Spacious villa located right by Uthandi beach. You can see the ocean from bedroom windows! The caretaker's family lives right behind the villa, inside the same compound and are just a phone call away for any help. All rooms have AC (much needed). There is a geyser to provide hot water in all bathrooms. Yet, there are problems. The Wi-Fi is barely functional - speeds are low, and the connection is spotty and keeps getting dropped. The Wi-Fi router is also pretty ancient, and does not provide good coverage throughout the house. There is only one TV in the living room with DTH channels, but there are very few channels subscribed. The TV remotes don't have proper batteries too. So, occupants are supposed to be responsible for their own entertainment. The kitchen is OK, but it lacks cleanliness. There are weird smells and the utensils / cutlery are not washed properly. Given how much it costs to book this property for a day in Airbnb, it seems like an average place which can be made great just by some proper care and attention to detail by the property owners and caretaker.

Loved the stay in here, didn't go as per our plan, but the rooms were neat, and the caretaker was kind, has a good beach view, worth the money.
