A service apartment that can still improve. Location - Its not very far from Coimbatore IT park and Avinashi Road. The Service apartment is in a layout and is closer to main road, however due to ongoing works on main road, the area is dusty. Apartment is good with two bedrooms and we booked the whole apartment. generally it is shared for different people. But in our case we booked the whole apartment (clarify this point before booking). However, the sad part was when we checkedin somewhere around 2pm, we felt room was not cleaned properly after the previous checkin. Here we lost all our faith, we had to call the housekeeping team to get this cleaned again. The pillow cover had stains and room were stinking cigarette, thanks to the previous occupant. The bathroom was wet. The kettle had tea bag in it. So this clearly shown the eye to detail and cleanliness was missing. The apartment lacks a working table and it is not comfortable if u r opting to work from there. Dust is seen at many areas. The bed was good and comfortable. The owner of the property was responsive and helped us by arranging a table in our room. One lady named Baby sits there as caretaker. does not seem to be bothered or offered any help. We got our things done by contacting the owners (We booked through airbnb). If they improve service and bring in strict SOPs for housekeeping this can be a good option to stay. However at this present condition and my experience, wont recommend.

For the money you’re paying you get what you need ! Comfortable and clean accomodation with all the necessary amenities needed !! The service was incredible and responsive to all my needs , the reception lady reminded me of my grandmother she was incredibly hospitable and warm. Will definitely recommend and will come back when I’m in Coimbatore

The apartment was ok and it is a comparatively new building Lifts were not working due to power outages The AC was leaking all 3 Nights we stayed there and it was not fixed despite informing them The towel rod in the washroom is also coming off
