Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Management & Basic Facilities Missing Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid for 3 nights. The motor/pump noise was a major problem throughout the day and even overnight, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. Despite raising the issue, there was no proper response or meaningful effort to resolve it. We were also specifically promised car parking for our stay, and we paid for 3 nights with that understanding. However, the owner allowed other guests to use our allotted parking and even took our car keys. When we questioned this, we were told that when another customer arrived, our car would be moved outside temporarily so they could park. This is completely unacceptable when we had already paid for dedicated parking for our entire stay. There was also a major communication gap between the owner and the people managing the property. Before arriving, the owner had agreed to arrange basic facilities such as using a kettle/induction stove to prepare coffee. However, when we arrived, the person managing the property had no idea about these arrangements. Most of our previous communication had been with someone else, and the actual person at the property was unaware of what had been promised. The property was advertised as being comfortable for 7 people, but that was not our experience. There were no proper extra beds provided, and the accommodation was not as comfortable as promised for a group of 7. Overall, the biggest issue was the lack of coordination, poor communication, and lack of concern for guests after payment was made. The impression we got was that collecting the money was the priority, while basic guest comfort and commitments were not given the same importance. Think carefully before booking, especially if you are travelling as a group and expect dedicated parking, proper sleeping arrangements, basic facilities, and a peaceful stay.

It was the excellent choice to choose this stay cause it was maintained well cleaned and hygiene. And at the same time they are very polite

Don't be fooled by the photos It's a A frame overlooking nothing No food no water Absolute waste of money
