We had a really comfortable stay at Kodai Square Homestay. Anwar, the owner, and the caretaker were both incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. Overall, it felt like a warm and hassle free stay. Highly recommended!

My stay at Kodai Square in Kodaikanal was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to Kodai Lake and nearby attractions, making it very convenient to explore. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, surrounded by a peaceful and green environment which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. What stood out the most was the food — it was truly delicious, with great taste, quality, and variety. Every meal was satisfying and well prepared. The staff were also very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kodaikanal.

I had a wonderful stay at Kodai Square in Kodaikanal. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to key spots, which made getting around really easy. The room and washroom were super clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it felt truly homemade and was served hot. The dosa, in particular, was so soft and fluffy, just perfect! Also the property owner and the staff,They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a great place to stay in Kodaikanal. Highly recommended!

We, four family members had a two night stay at Kodai Square Homestay. When the tour operator booked the rooms we were slightly hesitant about the facilities. But we had a memorable time there. We got the first floor two rooms and it was like our own home with a common lobby and good privacy. The hot, home made breakfast was yummy. I stayed at Kodai Square Homestay and paid 2500 for a room with a balcony. The views were really nice, and the room was clean with sufficient supplies and toiletries provided along with a hair dryer. Potable hot water is available right next to the room, and the geyser works 24 hours, (just wait about 20 minutes for the light to turn from blue to orange) then you get consistent hot water. The homestay is well-situated for exploring Kodaikanal's main sights. It's approximately 1.8 km from Chettiar Park, 2.1 km from Kodaikanal Lake, and about 2.4 km from both Bryant Park and Coaker's Walk. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch (I will attach an image for that). The room has a good-quality TV with a set-top box and decent-speed WiFi. The sheets and curtains were clean, and the curtains do an excellent job of blocking out the morning sun. Parking is available, and the area is quiet. This property seems newly built, probably around a year old, as evidenced by some unfinished interior portions, but nothing that will affect your stay badly. An extra bed is available but locked, and you need to pay extra for it. The caretaker is available on call and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Kodaikanal.
