Zion Elite Residency

Had a pleasant 2-night stay at Zion Elite Residency in Kodaikanal. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the ambiance was peaceful—great for a relaxing break. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was convenient with a nice view. However, a couple of things could be improved—there was no complimentary breakfast, and the parking area is quite small, which might be a concern during peak seasons. Overall, a very good experience and would consider staying again.

Feedback - room only good remaining everything is worst 1. Breakfast providing on 9.30, then how people will go to sightseeing after your breakfast. 2. No snacks provided as per booking information 3. 2nd day room were not cleaned

Neat and clean rooms for affordable price Courteous staff Booked over phone and got room during peak season May without any issue Recommended for family It is located in interior Naidupuram and roads are bit tuff Quiet and scenic view from balcony No shops nearby Family budget stay

It's located near to the city wth good ambience...nice mountain view...building is looking gud wthout old moistorous smell...cheap nd best...service is gud...especially food...if u want to go wth ur family in ur budget , it's a gud place to visit...

The rooms were clean and hygienic during our stay at Zian Elite Cottage. There room service and food service was very good. The cottage was even better than I expected. The care by the service man and manager was very very good. Next time we need to book a room, we will definitely come here and book a room. We booked maximum rooms in Kodaikanal, hotel and room were never together, your (Zion Elite) cottage and restaurant were together so our difficulty was reduced.

Last month we stayed in zion cottage the rooms were clean and accommodation was good, they serviced us good food and the taste was nice. The two sisters was too good they cook what we ask. And Martin thambi and santosh thambi was so helpfull, Kind and good hearted. Totally our holiday was awasome. 🥰😇😊

This is a remote isolated place with a very quiet atmosphere. Rooms are compact. Door mat, shower towel, soap are provided only if asked. Always eat before you come here, because food delivery doesn't work here often. There is a water doctor at reception. Overall a nice economic hotel
