The stay was so comfortable, we doesn't feel that we were staying in some other place , it feels like our own home , the people , the food , the services , everything was so perfect and excellent , thank you making this trip a memorable one😄

I had a wonderful stay at the Lake House in Kodaikanal. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the essentials, including a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for enjoying the scenic beauty of Kodai, especially from the balcony views. The staff and managers were welcoming, responsible, and provided excellent, customer-friendly service throughout my stay. It was my first visit, and I was truly impressed by the hospitality and the serene surroundings—an ideal getaway for nature lovers. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, offering great value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing staycation.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days at The Lake House Hotel in Kodaikanal. We booked a family room with a balcony for about ₹8,400, including taxes, through Agoda. Pros: • The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. • Complimentary breakfast was decent. • Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Cons: • The geyser didn’t work sometimes, so they gave hot water in buckets when needed. • The balcony view wasn’t worth the price. • No campfire, even though it was quite cold around 14°C during our visit. • The room didn’t have a fan, so it felt suffocated at night with the doors closed. On the second night, we left the balcony door slightly open, but flies and insects got in. • The dinner we ordered was very spicy, with too much pepper powder in every dish. • The room had warm-colored lights, and with the cloudy weather, it was hard to get ready even during the day. • There were power issues some lights kept turning off and on by themselves.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lakehouse resort and overall, it was a memorable experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning views from the balcony that immediately set a relaxing tone. The staff at the resort were incredibly courteous and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambience was serene with well-designed spaces that encouraged unwinding. Maintenance was impeccable throughout the property — clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Overall I would recommend this resort for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
