Pears Tree Villa

Good space for a budget stay for a family with 5 to 6 members. Complete villa for yourself. Kitchen with basic facilities, hot water available, wifi available, inverter available. Good climate. The villa is situated away from the main city but in a peaceful area. Being family friendly is a blessing. The things we didn't like: *the food they recommended from a hotel which is not listed anywhere and believe is their own facility. Very bad food, precooked chappathis, very spicy food. Couldn't find a better option nearby. *the road to this property is really bad, if you have a small ground clearance vehicle, might find some difficulty.

Highly trusted people. Well maintained clean properly. All the most, caretaker / manager Mr Hameed was highly cooperative, helpful, and always available for 'any' help. Special thanks to him. Overall it was a comfortable and economical stay at Kodaikanal.

Rooms and other facilities are Good.Approach road to the pears Treevillai quit difficult for driving.The kitchen provided are lack of appliances such as dosa tavai, pressure cooker,broken glasses are available.Need extra amount 500/- for LPG gas

Hi Actually we stayed here 3 days . The incharge person was friendly with us . He was very active and helped all times .. Rooms were neat and clean. Those who want to stay individual villa ,We would like to recommend this villa strongly.. Tarrif was reasonable.. climate was nice in this place ,they changed the dustbin daily .In the kitchen they provided R O water , Induction stove and a few vessels for cook It's very useful for us.we enjoyed a lot .

Villa is average. Need to be very careful while driving to the villa. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly it works okayish in the hall. No network in the room. There is water overflow from the under ground pipe. It was a 3bhk duplex villa. Location isn’t accessible. Don’t taken sedan only suv preferably 4*4. Resort management is good. There is nothing complimentary provided with the stay. Every morning some one will wake up at 7am, some local band , some local singing. Overall it was okayish stay.
