Chill Breeze Castle - Kodaikanal Home Stay

Located at shenbaganur,well maintained property with home cooked food.They have a menu for ordering food few hours before. Has a beautiful view of the town in front of the property. Two mid size cars can be easily parked. Only negative is the approach road to the property. Sedans and low clearance hatchbacks will surely get hit at the bottom by small rocks.Be cautious. But we will forget all that once we reach the property. Thank you Prasanna Sir for looking into all the needed things though you were not at the property. We will be back.

Awesome place to resort with your family and friends.. We stayed for 2 days Rooms are spacious, immaculate and blankets were good to keep us warm . We loved the food. It was delicious and satiable. Hospitality was great. Caretakers were always there to help if needed anything. Will highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Kodaikanal.

Beautiful stay! All rooms are well maintained Big enough to have 7 to 8 members accommodated The cooks are very accommodative and the food is just delicious Prasanna very friendly owner and was very helpful with any issues or concerns we had though he wasn’t at the property Just that the kitchen is closed and functions on good oder placement Need to ask for towels if one requires Additional blankets are chargeable Overall a good experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chill Breeze house for 2 nights. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house, the good hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. The location was also great, with a great city view. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a value-for-money stay in Kodaikanal.

It was a pleasant stay with my parents for 3 days during an extended holiday weekend. The place is situated around 5-6 km away from Kodaikanal lake in a quite pleasant layout with serene valley view.

One of the most magnificent properties I have ever stayed in. It's worth every penny that we pay. The rooms were ultra clean and well maintained. Food they served was very delicious. We felt comfortable as a family and every one of us enjoyed it.

Awesome place to resort with your family and friends.. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with our friends. Rooms are spacious, immaculate and blankets were good to keep us warm between the inclement weather. We loved the food. It was delicious and satiable. Please don't go for CAMP FIRE. It is not recommended. The Price for camp fire is too much for the experience. I am sure no one will enjoy it if they provide such service further. Enough space to park "One" car. Road to this resort is worst. It is more like an off-road to us with rubbles on the steep that is not easy for a car to climb. Overall, it was awesome. You will enjoy it !!!

We stayed here for 4 nights, 4 couples. Excellent food served by the cook. It was better than home food. Kids had wonderful time playing around and in the nearby park. Pros: Brilliant food, very calm atmosphere, park for kids nearby. Kind suggestion to the owner to put mosquito mesh in at least one window per room. Medhu Vadai madam prepared was so delicious. Cons: Road to this villa is very steep and not proper, strict no for beginner drivers and first time hill drivers. Did not expect Kodaikanal to be this hot in summer and only two pedestal fans for four rooms. Very stuffy in the night. Windows does not have mosquito mesh so we cannot open them due to insects coming in from nearby park. Not all rooms are of the same size. The above cons are not show stoppers and can be corrected in a short term, I would definitely recommend this place.
