Last Week I happened to stay with my Family ! It was Awesome. People were kind. Homely Good available over a phone call. .. Cost is very Affordable, Scenic view from Balcony of the Room. Car Parking is good. Owner was very much supportive. They provide cab services too. They are in business for longer time and they have very Good local connect and this give us more Comfort.

Located in a prime place connecting to all places in a row without any complication. The acces to the main road is some what steep but waivable considering the other aspects. The home stay fits really fits its character and one can feel at home. Nominal rent in this otherwise expensive hill station with all required facility. The care and concern by the management is worthy appreciable and a rare kind in a bustling tourist centers . Food given on order is really in the flavour of home cook and good for digestive tracts which is of utmost importance to pursue our outings for sight seeings , the main purpose of our stay. The provision of all basic things required for stay in a hill station in a moderate budget with an inspiring hospitality will be borne in our memory for ever . My stay in this home stay for three days is amazing and thanks to the ever smiling organiser cum propritor of this property .

Had a wonderful stay at Misba Homestay in Kodaikanal with friends! The room offered a lovely view and was comfortable and clean. Great value for money—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed here for a day, the homestay was neat and clean, the caretaker was friendly, the food provided in the homestay for breakfast and dinner was tasty, hygienic and at a reasonable price. The only drawback is we couldn't take our TT till the homestay, due to the narrow road, but the caretaker arranged a car for the pickup without charging extra to us. Overall the stay was good.

Good stay for family of 2 along with kids. Very much satisfied and felt really like home. The food arrangement is quite good. Breakfast is awesome especially the Vada is super delicious. Very best option to choose when u go to kodaikanal.

MISBA homestay is definitely worth booking. I had stayed here for 3N/3D with my wife in the month of July. We had booked a 2bhk although we were only 2 people because we also needed a kitchen to cook food. The good things that I would like to highlight are as below 1. Optimal price of flat per night ( maybe the reason could be since we had booked from Sunday till Wednesday therefore flat rent was less) 2. Room size was not very small but not very big. It is of right size. 3. Both the bedrooms have adequate cupboards and hall also has cupboard to keep luggage/ personal stuffs. 4. Caretaker (apologies couldn’t ask his name) is really helpful and supportive. He provided everything whatever we asked for. 5. Internet wifi is available in the main house where the owner/ caretaker lives, but they provide wifi extender also for better connectivity. 6. Both washrooms have geyser( since we went during july it was cold so must have) 7. We needed home cooked food also and the caretaker provided us with good home cooked food. 8. For kitchen we were provided with a gas cylinder and other kitchen cutleries. We had taken few utensils along with us to prepare some food( went by our own car therefore carrying utensils was not that difficult for us) 9. The view behind our flat was awesome. It has a balcony behind where you can sit and have tea/snacks and chill. The only drawback is the approach to the homestay. It has steep road and is narrow therefore if some other car is coming then it might be little difficult. But the caretaker made sure that nobody was going uphill and mine is a sedan (city) so I did not face any issue in parking my car. The homestay has good amount of parking too for 4-5 cars. Overall I would say this homestay is one of the best budget friendly homestay in the heart of kodai!! Cheers !

Great place and hospitality by the staff. The homestay did provide a feeling at home. Mr. Kishore, the one who co-ordinates everything there was very polite and hardly said "No" to any of our requests. Me and my family entirely loved the experience and I fully recommend this place for stay! 4 stars for the room just for the water heaters to function effectively and the management can consider adding some ceiling fans just as a add on as climate change is real nowadays !! The breathtaking view from the balcony is a unique selling point and the home made food is a gift :) ....

Comfortable and peaceful environment. Owner was polite and on ears. The taxi arranged by the owner as they already have the taxi with themselves was best and class. We surely encourage this Travel hub....
