I and my husband visited Kodai last month and stayed here for 2days. The view from the room balcony was amazing, we watched mesmerizing sunrise both days. This place is near Dolphin nose and it was very difficult to reach the place due to narrow roads. It took 40mins to cross 2km. It was also tough to take out our car during day time due to narrow road and traffic. Room was spacious for 2 people but wasn't hygiene. Bedsheets were dirty, extra mattress was placed just under the bed which was also not clean, kettle was broken and looked like it wasn't washed since months. Apart from the view, it wasn't really worth for the money.

A must visit for people who love trekking. Going to the place is easy. But coming back is the challenge. More than the nose, the experience of trekking to and fro is superb. The small village with people staying. The kutty shops. Their experience on their daily life. Definitely takes 3 to 4 hours to cover. Yes obviously depends on how fit you are. Car Parking is horrible. Super horrible. There is no certain place. You just have to find out a place by yourself and park it safe. Overall : Nice 😄 #don’t litter

Trek to this place is fun. Your body strength is tested. You can get a stick for rupee10/20 from local which will be helpful for climbing down and up the rocking hill road. Once you reach the destination you get an immense pleasure and relief after looking at the scenic beauty of hills. You will observe the gradation of color in the hills.

The trek through the Misty mountain and the cool breeze will give you the perfect combination to achieve the happiness, that too with a group of people is next level. The walk through the forest by in inhaling the pure air gifted from the trees and plants and the richness of this greenery is the best. The view point will give you the amazing sight of the cloud and the landscape underneath us and it's the perfect place to hang around sometime and listen to some good music as well. The place may slippery sometimes so be careful and be safe. And do not leave the plastic wastes in the Forest.

Dolphin nose is around 1 to 1.5 km trek from end point where you can park the vehicles. On the way to Dolphin nose you can enjoy the views and is a breathtaking experience. The trail is not well maintained though. On the way you will also view the misty hills filled with pine trees. Just into the woods feeling Best time to visit when there is less mist which is 10am to 3pm, otherwise the view will be completely wrapped with mist. Definitely recommended and go live the adventures. Please keep the way and area clean and safe.

The way to Dolphin dose is quite challenging but if you are a adventure loving person like me. You will definitely going to love. It's like 1-2 kilometres down the mountain moving through the best and amazing scenic views of nature for reaching the main point of dolphin nose. I would say I liked the way to the dolphin nose more thrilling than the view from the dolphin nose. Guys don't keep wasting time in reading my views ...go and feel it😄

This downward hike to see beautiful view point to echo point and dolphin nose is mesmerizing. Its not an easy trek especially for old people and weak people. I would highly recommended this place to visit during sunrise or sunset as it's spectacular view during that time.
