NillBooked for two nights stay with my family. Excellent service with helpful and polite staff. Location was great as promised. It was One of a kind experience. Best part is loved the pets over there, a group of cats and dog which was really fun to be with. Food was first class. There were no delays in preparation. Taste was homely and delicious. I Would recommend for others in my circle and will definitely plan a visit again.

NillI recently spent four days on vacation with my family at this property. Based on my experience, I would like to share my honest feedback. Overall, I found this place moderate. Only the location is superb, and other things are very average. In my opinion, at this cost, you will get some better alternatives which will offer you equally a good view, tranquility, serenity, and good food. Before you consider it, here are the pros and cons. Pros. --------- 1. Location - This place is exactly 5.6 KM away from Kotagiri town. From Kotagiri town, It takes exactly 15 mins by auto/cab to reach. So, if you are coming by bus please come directly to Kotagiri town via Mettupalayam. From the bus stand, you can hire an auto to get there. The auto will charge normally 300 INR to drop you off. For the last 3 km, the approach road is a little narrow like other remote hillside roads. The property is in the middle of a tea garden and beside the property there is a tea factory to visit. As far as your eyes can go, you can only see the lush greenery and beauty of Nilgiris. So, I can guarantee you serenity and a peaceful environment. You can enjoy the beauty of nature from your room and cozy balcony. 2. Service - Manager Hari and other staff are very much responsive. The owner also visits the property almost every day and takes care of your utmost comfort. It is a homestay facility, so you can enjoy a homely environment. Hospitality was good. 3. Rooms - The room is pretty good in size and clean. Every room has an attached private balcony where you can enjoy the view all day long. They also have a private patio attached to each room which is a cool place to hang out. Cons --------- 1. Food - Breakfast is included in the room rent, but the options are limited. In fact, you won't have any choice. You will only get Idli and Puri on every alternative day. So, if you want to have something else they can not prepare for you or need to order it 1 day prior and pay extra money. Lunch and dinner options are very limited. Only veg you will get in lunch and that too 350 per head. Any chicken item will cost you 1200/Kg. It's damn expensive compare to the quality and taste. Chapati costs you 35 INR and also is not worth comparing to its quality. If you want to have veg for dinner, they do not have any option other than daal. Their cook is very bad. The same chana daal they prepare every day. So, you will ultimately get bored with the food. Only the barbeque is good. you must try this. Otherwise, my suggestion is to have food from outside, if you have your car you can certainly drive to Kotagiri and enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner. Otherwise, you need to pay 700 Rs for a roundtrip in an Auto to Kotagiri to have your dinner. In snacks, they have only onion pakora and coffee/tea. Onion pakora is just terrible. I never had such a bad quality of pakora ever in my life that too with a cost of 150 Rs/plate. Every tea/coffee will cost you extra. Transportation - From the property, if you want to go to town for any purpose, you need to pay a hefty 700 Rs in an auto for a roundtrip. So, plan your day accordingly. Get a Cab from Harish/Pradeep and get all the necessary things while going for a sightseeing tour. 2. Payment - Paying through UPI could be challenging at some times and your money could be on hold for some days. You may need to follow up a couple of times to receive it. I experienced this. So, my suggestion is to carry cash or ask for a QR Code to pay. 3. Wildlife - This property is surrounded by the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve. So, very often Wildlife like Gaur and sloth bear roams around the location. Specially, you can spot a gaur. Normally, they don't harm you but it is always better to be careful as there are some incidents where Gaur attacked humans. Sloth bear comes very often and that is why most of the properties around this place have electric fencing. There are incidents where bears attacked humans in Kotagiri. So be careful and don't roam around outside the property in the dark.

NillAt first glance, the property appeared promising with stunning views that had us excited. However, as we neared the location, the roads became notably narrower and more dangerous, which was a concern for my parents. Despite their reservations, we decided to stay for at least a day, even though our booking was for three days. Honestly, the place is not worth the hype. The view is undeniably beautiful, but that's about the only commendable aspect. The food was average and overpriced. To add to our disappointment, tea and snacks that were said to be complimentary were charged, including the tea served during the "complimentary" breakfast. On the first day, we were given a room directly above the kitchen, which was inundated with the smell of cooking oil. When we raised the issue, we were simply asked to adjust. Overall, the picturesque view does not justify the overall experience and hidden costs. We expected much more based on the initial impression.

NillI recently stayed at Moksha Infinity Valley with my family and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance exudes serenity, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking vistas, offering a soul-soothing escape from everyday life. The rooms offered a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Each room boasted stunning views of the tea estate, inviting the soothing sounds of nature in. The food here was exemplary. Fresh ingredients, flavorful preparations, every dish was a culinary delight. The hospitality of the staff was impeccable - From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly at home. They were always available to assist, whether it was arranging activities, offering recommendations, or ensuring our comfort. Overall, this place is a gem in the hills, providing a tranquil retreat with its serene ambiance, top-notch hospitality, inviting rooms, and a gastronomic adventure. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury amidst nature's embrace.

NillOne of the best stays I've been to at a considerable budget. The location is beautiful as it is surrounded by the tea plantation. You keep hearing the sounds made by the birds all the time. On the back side, during the day time, you can look at the valley with the tea plantations and just admire the greenery and during the night time, you can just look at the city lights far away which look like a clear sky with colorful stars, like how a city looks from an airplane. The room was really clean and there was no bad smell or anything. The bathrooms were damn clean as well. They have installed good sanitary fittings which look clean and new. The caretaker RAJA is a humble and a dedicated guy. He will be there to assist you at any time with almost everything. The food cooked by them is also very good. They maintain hygiene and make sure to give you a tasty meal. If not, you get few options in zomato as well. Overall I had a very good experience. I would highly recommend the place.
