A worth it place to stay with beautiful view, spacious rooms, common area, beddings, kitchen, furniture, games and other facilities. If at all anything can be improved that would be better water pressure and spacious sockets

Stayed for 1 night last weekend and we are more then happy that we chose cleft on the rock. Such a beautiful property , the bungalow was really well maintained. Each and everything was available. It is situated near the market place. Care taker and cook was available all the time for us. Enjoyed a lot , food was good, services were up to the mark. Highly recommended (kids friendly)

This is place is good for family stay. But it is not a professionally managed place like a hotel or a serviced apartment. So keep your expections on the service part low. There are 3 bedrooms and one dormitory type room with 3 beds. Little away from the main town and hence good for people with own or private transport arrangement.They arranged a cook and the food was good. The manager Mr.Shankar was quite helpful.

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Our trip was successful mostly because of our stay at Cleft. We stayed for 2 nights and not a single complain! The host was a very welcoming person and took great care of us. Talk about food..I can write another 5 pages for it. The cook was such an expert and he made whatever we asked him to..be it Rajma Chaawal or Poodi sabzi..all such masterpieces! The host even took us for a jungle explore and we got to see an amazing weterfall about which the visitors are mostly not aware of. We had the falls all to ourselves!! It was a great adventure..thanks to him! 5/5 for the location of the homestay! Surrounded by serenity and beauty. It is also close to the nearby market. Without a doubt, one of my favorite places to stay. I am definitely coming back. (P.s Guys this is not a sponsored review :D)

The villa is very spacious. Large rooms and clean bathrooms. Lots of blanks and pillows & large beds. Lot of seating space in the ground floor and outside balcony for some amazing views. Also has a functioning kitchen. Only problem was that the kitchen utensils are bit old and worn out. Stove knob was broken. The overhead tank is a bit small and runs out of water when all 3 bathrooms are in use. It has to be filled manually by putting the pump on in the small outhouse in the backyard. Also one of the bathroom at the top does not have a geyser. So you would have to share one bathroom.Rooms on top floor are a bit cold due to the many windows. The main gate lock/latch is broken so it was annoying to tie the dog chain every-time you have to close. Please make sure you close the main gate else the cows will enter and destroy the lawn and plants. If you travel by car bevery careful while entering the pathway from the road as it is on the edge of the hill and no barrier. Overall we had a good stay and nice experience.

I had a nice stay with my friends. The resort offers self kitchen facility and the staffs are very nice. The room is spacious with living room and a balcony. The view from room is so nice. It is not in town so there is a peaceful atmosphere.

Loved this place. Good location and great view from property. You have 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with geysers. You have tatasky connection and a good 32 inches lcd tv in every bedroom. You can park 4 cars atleast. Kitchen has all the facilities from gas to mixie. Separate dinning room available. Food will be prepared based on request. Food was delicious. You need to pay 1000 per day for cook. Either you can buy groceries else you can give the amount to manager. Both manager and cook are great guys and very helpful. You have CCTV in the property. Property is 4 kilomteres from kothagiri main junction. Road to the property is great. Camp fire will be arranged based on request for 1500rs. WiFi is available but due to some issues it was not working and that is the only reason for reducing 1 star. Overall great place for family and friends

Lovely place. Good ambience... Great view. Decent rooms. Very kind host and a good cook. Go to person for everything.. Eugene.. Very cool guy... Who will make sure u are taken care of.. Hope all have a great stay as I did
