The worst service and worst host. They don't have any power backup and power was fluctuating like anything. Literally we were standing under the hut. None of thr ACs are working, even fans also not working. The worst part is even we were unable to charge our mobiles. Non responsive host and worst way to handle customers. They always try to loot the customers. Fraud people. I strongly recommend not to go there Worst host....

Stayed here for the weekend with friends. It is a good place to stay with friends for a weekend without any disturbances. Very helpful host . Super clean swimming pool. However it is not very suitable for families. They don’t have a indoor parking.swimming pool is very small but enough for a small group. There was very frequent power cuts and AC stopped working. But the host was very kind to provide a different room for the night. The room needs a bit more cleaning and door latches were not working. When we were out by the pool their dog came upstairs and messed up our food and broke the glasses

It was soo costly for the poor service and low maintenance. Only one person is doing all jobs from opening the gate to cleaning the room and he is called as manager. I don't know that is the manager's job! The swimming pool was not maintained and the sanitary service was very poor like no hot water, very low flow of water in pipes, no sanitary products will be available you have to take and go. The bed was broken. They will be saying that the lake view will be awsome but better don't believe them, then you will be worried when you see it. They are having a dog it is friendly but they should give more training how to behave with people who arrives, one of my family member got scratched in their body. Overall not good, not worst, you can go but not worth for the amount you pay there. Thankyou

Never go by just seeing the posted pics. Pathetic room service, no cleanness overall. Frequent power issues, insects, AC faults in ground floor, served open 20 ltr bottle for drinking water, poor power backup, swiming pool with dirt and can't use, fridge is too old with less cooling, charging 100% advance at check-in but no assurance for service. Charging cost by highlighting as if it's a 5 star property, but no professional room service. Worth to spend money in hotel instead of such homestay. Worste experience ever.

The rooms are clean. The AC was really good. And accommodation for extra persons was also provided in a great way. Clean swimming pool, with a recycling plant (this was unusual for such a resort). Very thoughtfully planned hut for party lovers. ||||One can expect to spend a weekend here, and if you would like to cook for yourself there are provisions available.||||One thing that the property can do to improve is provide some better utensils for cooking and some personnel for helping in cooking with nominal charges.

We recently visited the homestay and here is the review Pros: 1. Peaceful stay away from city crowd 2. Supportive staffs and good maintenance 3. Car parking available for 3 cars Cons: 1. You must have own vehicle to reach this place or for sightseeing as it's 4 kms away from tourist area 2. No shops available nearby, it's pure residential area. 3. Lack of relaxation space inside the campus. Except for swimming pool, no play area available for kids Bachelor groups will find it good to stay. Families who expect resort amenities can avoid this place. Ms. Deepa gave us warm welcome, staffs and manager treated us well. Overall, good place

Perfect stay for a weekend with your friends or family. We stayed here for 3 days and it became a memorable trip for us with lot of fun and the owner, that guy is so kind and humble. As we requested he did everything whole heartedly and he became one among us. The service is so good here and a nice pool with a greenish garden area around. The night lights will make you awww by the pool side which is an added advantage. We enjoyed to the fullest. Best stay for best price.

Deepa, the lady who owns the place, is out there making dishonest money. You WILL be cheated at levels unimagined.||||For context, she agreed to rent out a room (specifically chosen in person) for 2 months (for two people, combined). She insisted on an advance to reserve the room and the balance for the 1st month was paid the day I reached. All this was agreed on in writing as well (serving as proof).||||Here are some pointers on what daylight robbery looks like:||||- She is no longer registered under OYO. Her contract expired a few years ago. She still uses their brand name. This means, you cannot complain to OYO for poor service and fraud. Furthermore, she can charge people for whatever she feels like.||- She informed me of extra cleaning charges of Rs.1000/month AFTER I paid the advance. Because of this, I couldn’t reconsider my decision to stay.||- She then informed me that I will have to clean and change my own bed linen because her staff couldn’t come. Then why charge me Rs.1000/month for cleaning?||- After the first week itself, she started pestering me for the next month’s payment, threatening to cut off the electricity.||- She increased the tariff for the second month with no option for me to reconsider my stay. She gave me an ultimatum to either pay higher charges or move to a much smaller room. She called this “mutual understanding”. I, obviously, denied.||- She kept bringing up excuses for extra charges. For example, she asks for extra charges for my companion; extra charges if she finds any stains on the bed and bath linens.||- She originally said the staff couldn’t come but actually she just didn’t call them because she wanted to pay less daily wages. They were called only on the weekends when there were group visits. They received drinking water services, cleaning, bed linen change, etc. at NO EXTRA cost.||- A glass table kept in the common area had a crack and she demanded I pay Rs.700 to get it repaired (the damage wasn’t even my responsibility). Later (at the end of the stay) she raised the price to Rs.1000.||- The TV in the room was not working, the bathroom door did not close from the outside and the dish TV was not recharged. Also, this review has pictures of some of the room provisions: disgusting pillows, damaged bedsheets, etc. The WIFI is a farce. There’s no signal in the rooms. It’s just limited to the reception at the entrance.||- The property experienced 3-5 hours of power-cut almost everyday. She had a generator on the property but wouldn’t turn it on.||- The property is not family friendly as she often had large groups of men/young boys who would come, get drunk in the common area and make a lot of noise even at 3 a.m. There was no noise curfew.||- She wouldn’t provide drinking water to the guest area; My companion had to go to her house (separate building) and carry back a 25L pot of water every 2nd day to keep in the common guest area.||||When she started playing these dirty tricks, I used to question her demands and wouldn’t yield so easily. She stopped responding to me and would ask her staff to find out information from me (he would ask me questions about my whereabouts, my plans for the day, etc. and report to her). She started pestering my companion on the phone and ultimately, I had to block her on my companion’s phone.||||These are just a few of the points that I could recollect at the time of writing the review.||||In a nutshell, she’s all kinds of a crook.
