Had a very good stay. Will get a homely feeling. Rooms are very neat and well managed. Location is also very good, near to other attractions and so less travel time. Regarding the service, I am not sure because I ddnt receive any service not sure if anything was included other than the home stay. We only carried our luggage and no morning tea or any other similar was not received and actually we dont needed as well. Kettle was giving for heating or making coffee, but no coffee powder or sugar or anything similar. Just adding the comment so that others can carry as needed. Overall very nice stay and you can go ahead and book and enjoy your stay.

Best stay for whoever wants to visit Ooty. Owner response and their take carer boy is too good . Best price and best view . 100% safety

Budget friendly homestay. The room was excellent. The balcony view is extraordinary in evening time. They will provide drinking water and tea or coffee once in a day for beverages. There is no wifi connection. We stay here 4 days. Room service was good. Perfect home stay overall good.

Most of the things are absolutely good with Neo Nirmal, but the only challenge is in terms of accessibility. There are no proper sign boards available to reach and also at the property. Rooms are spacious. Care taker was just mediocre. Asked for evening chai at 5pm, but got it delivered only at 8pm. Overall good property.

Neo Nirmal Residency is very awesome and worth to stay. We stayed there with full family and it was very pleasant stay. The caretakers Mr. Abi is very fine. Mr. Swaminathan and Mr. Dakshan was also very supportive. It’s middle of the town and also the view from both the room and balcony is beautiful. A small but beautiful garden is there too. At the same time these are some suggestions to owner/caretaker also : 1. There was TV and DTH but DTH connection has expired, it should have been activated. 2. There is no any power back up - I came to know when there was power cut for an hour. 3. There should be WiFi connection which I missed a lot. But anyway the stay was pleasant and I will recommend to my friends and relatives who plan to go to Ooty. And I will definitely stay again here if I come to Ooty again. Thanks a lot.

It's a 2 bhk so great deal for the money. Hot water available 24 hours and no other issues. WiFi could be provided. Room service can be done every day. We stayed 3 days and no room service. Location is good but little away from main.

Awesome Bunglow, view is awesome, rooms are very big, with big kitchen & hall. Just enjoy the nature. Car parking is also their. Had a great time with family. Swaminathan was very helpful for everything. Gem of a person.
