They charged rs.9500 for a single night stay. Stay we have booked earlier got cancelled at the last minute, so we were forced to take what is available. They will exploit if they find you are helpless. Road to the cottage and the area where the cottage lies were atrocious and parking was horrible. Cottage was somewhat clean and appeared safe for family. Blankets and bedsheet were not fresh or clean.

Pros: Booking was done for 3 families. The accomodation provided was on the first floor of a house with one living room, kitchen and 3 separate rooms, each with a washroom and one of the rooms had a balcony. The roomboy was very co-operative irrespective of the fact that he was late in bringing the blankets and drinking water. Seems that he is the only one to manage many guests from different locations. Cons: The blankets were untidy and had stains on it. Washrooms were not upto the mark, not excellently clean and taps were not functioning well. Drinking water was not available. The road to the room was in very bad condition even though it is at a 10 min distance from ooty town.

Road to cottage very very bad. Cottage cleanliness poor. 12 pm check in but we got by 1 pm after saying want to cancel. Not maintained properly. No staff available after our check in. When u call they say will come in ten minutes but don't come.

This was a best experience becouse of there is very good quality rooms and staffing also I was booked 3 rooms for my family and there is always good experience must go place and there is also available hot water facility

I booked two rooms. In one room gyiser is not work. Owner is speaking rude. They didn't give hot water for drink in two days.

The tv is just for name sake, and geaser is not working properly.. If you want to enjoy the trip please book other cottages... They told us that they will arrange camp fire for us and after that they gave some silly reason and they didn't arrange it.

It’s really wonderful and good ambiance. They are treating as a their family members , staffs are so grateful especially Ali ❤️, thank you so much smile stone cottage to fulfill our neediness👍👍
