I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Jacuzzi suite with a balcony, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was blown away by the spacious layout and luxurious décor. The Jacuzzi was the perfect addition, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Soaking in the warm water while enjoying the stunning views from the balcony was a highlight of my stay. The attention to detail was impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. I highly recommend this suite for anyone looking to indulge in a bit of luxury. I can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Royal MM Cedar! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend not going here. The sheets in the rooms were soiled and not washed properly. The service was very slow, we had to ask multiple times to get soap kits and towels which were also stained. Some rooms couldnt be locked from the outside. There was no hot water at all, couldnt use the jacuzzi that we paid for becuase of freezing cold water in cold weather. Rooms were very nice, but poor service. Need to improve the cleanliness of the beds as a bare minimum. Any concerns we had were brushed off.

We took the honeymoon jacuzzi suite, the stay was really good, prakash a caretaker was really helpful at all times and fulfilled our needs if any. Staying in an entire new place could have been difficult especially with a language barrier, but with prakash(caretaker) help it wasn't . The stay experience was best of all, where the jacuzzi and private balcony was the highlight. We didn't experience any powercut or water problems. Our stay was memorable. We are looking forward to visit the stay again:)

The rooms were good honestly, newly constructed , but the facilities such as wifi /tv didnt work both nights, no dustbins and bathmats in the rooms. The caretakers were trying hard to be at service at all times, but it just wasnt working very well. Good luck.

Few weeks before we booked the room through the third party....they resort service person share the pics of our room we booked but after reaching they totally change the rooms....next day mong we are discussing with that person who sit in the reception but he is very much rude and he don't know how to talk with womens as well... one more thing while discussing he said vacate the room and give the keys he thinks that we are staying free... I have given 5star for a resort which is absolutely beautiful but that person I have given zero...i said to him talk slowly that's why he shouted at me... Just now I got the reply from your end who shouted on you seriously you guys are giving false statements to everyone pls don't....you guys shouted at us what audio proof you have...send will check .... The reception persons and his wife both are shouted on us after that also we said speak slowly...the great experience which you are providing the customers ... Allha knows everything ...

We strongly recommend this place for the couples to stay here for their friendly hospitality and the safe place we would like to stay again and we suggest yhis place for the family as well
