I have the very dirty food.then nobody will not stay in this room. I have given the 0.1 star for this. My friends says they have got somany hair in the food.

Not even good for one star. I wonder why people giving 5 star to this worst hotel. If there is negative star I will give -5 review. I had stayed this hotel from 21/4/2023 to 23/4/2023 with my family and cousins. I had worst ever experience from the hotel crew and staff. They had maintaining a restaurant below the home stay and the manner of staff to us is very rude. I had not experienced such a behaviour from any home stay before. They had assured us a camp fire for us on 22/4/2023 night and on the specified night they refused the camp fire because of Tamil Nadu governor visit. I think they refused it by giving the reason as governors visit. Rooms and bathrooms are very ugly and bad. Not even a single lift in the home stay and we felt very difficult to carry our luggages to and fro from our rooms. Tvs in the rooms are not working. Heaters are also not working and we feel very difficult to stay in the cold situation with my child ( not even getting hot water ). Buffet system in the restaurant is very poor. They are not giving us enough food even I request them to give ( they are saying it as buffet). The rooms are oldly constructed one and it is not enough to stay in it in the cold situation. I don't recommend any one to stay in this home stay as I not ever witnessed such a horrible one in my tour career.

Rooms are reasonably good. Cost is 2500 'per day', with 500 to be paid as advance. Situated in a beautiful location. You get to see the entire Ooty from this 'homestay'. To our bad luck, we were not allowed to stay for one full day. We checked in at 7 pm and we were asked to check out by 1 pm the next day. In this way, it was a loss for us. The MD was kind enough to extend our stay to 1 pm, else it actually was 11 am. I would suggest whatever be the check-in time, when you are charging such an amount, kindly allow 24 hours for checking-out. This would allow visitors like us to go for local sight seeing. Unfortunately we had to carry all our luggages with us and visit the nearby places, which was itself a bad experience. Another problem is language. The staff here, must be trained to communicate in English properly as not all people visiting here can understand Malayalam or Tamil. Food charges are extra. Also the TV in our room was not functioning. Overall a good experience, if not the best.

Worst experience I ever had ultimately rooms are bad no neatness of the bathrooms no hot water no proper power supply none of the cabin ppl was not supported by the customers and very helpless to the customers. Should maintain properly
