Very calm place to stay. Me and my family stayed here for a day. The rooms are very cosy and clean and really good service by Babu. There was no complimentary breakfast but they offer homely food at a very reasonable price and was really tasty.

The view from the room is serene. Located near the ooty lake. Rooms are superb and spacious. There were no mosquitoes and insects. Mr Babu takes care of all the requirements.

Price was quite high during our visit. It is stated that the price increase was due to season time. Area is calm and peaceful if no noisy neighbours. Rest all good

Mr Babu takes care you in excellent way. Rooms are superb. There were no mosquitoes and insects. Prompt response from Mr Babu. If you are travelling in your own car, the road way to this property can be little problematic and car parking too. Or if you depend on taxi, there is absolutely no issue. Forgot to mention, Mr Babu provides home food which is delicious,.

It was a nice experience. I highly recommend it for families. The villa is well-maintained, overall perfect. Especially Mr. Babu, the caretaker, is a nice and helpful person. Thanks for your service. I will definitely go again in the future.

Good and well maintained Villa and have more spacious rooms. Best suited for Family or Friends to take complete villa. Request for Management is to give complimentary for Campfire.

My experience was not good. The apartment looks good but has no facilities, like no wifi, no kitchen stove, toilet was not good, food was very expensive and test was not good. I will not recommend anyone.

Nice villa Vilas back and front full clean and overall villa is good clean and maintenance correct location nearby boat house and Karnataka park food I like to homemade food arrange the caretaker categories helping mind my opinion family comfortable villa
