Rose Garden Enclave for Families and Executives

The property has more than 7 rooms , well maintained,neat and clean , but the washrooms are small in size. Services were good ,they were too polite and loyal towards us . Campfire and barbeque will be charged as additional. The morning view from the property through the tea estate is too good. They provide only tea as a compliment in the morning. CCTV cameras are there.

Our recent stay here was truly delightful. The rooms were comfortable and offered stunning views, especially from the dining area upstairs. The property's prime location and ample parking made it convenient for our family. The amenities, including the geyser and other facilities, functioned flawlessly. The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Abhiraj and his wife prepared hot, juicy and yum momo for us upon prior request for a night. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a perfect stay at this location. The place was wonderfully quiet and serene, making it an ideal retreat. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and took great care to ensure everything was just right. The people here are genuinely humble and kind, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. We had a very pleasant stay at Rose Garden Enclave, which is located close to the main city. Team members were helpful and friendly from the time of booking, until check out. Rooms and surroundings were neat and clean and reasonably priced. Tea plantation view from the room and common area, was a great feel. Abhiraj and team were hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay. Parking space, barbecue area, common dining area, children play area with Lawn, Wifi etc are key features.

Here is my story. It’s very challenging to find a budget-friendly good hotel or a cottage to stay in Ooty. If you will go through Google Map or any mobile application, you will get both positive and negative feedback for every hotel. So, I was so confused and after a long discussion with my friends, we finally decided to stay here. We were totally 4 couples with 2 kids stayed here 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Thank god because everything went so well. Thanks to Gani Sir, who is the owner of this property. (For suggesting me to book entire 1st floor with more privacy) Thanks to Abhiraj and Niha who took care of my small daughter. Both are so good and humble. Suggestion for others -: 1. If you are coming with family, you came to the right place. 2. There are 3 double occupancy rooms and 1 triple occupancy bed room with 1 living hall on the 1st floor. So, if you are total 8 to 9 members, then book the entire 1st floor which has a balcony view. (Room number 5,6,7 & 8) 3. Camp Fire / Bon Fire available upon prior request, but we did not do. 4. Abhiraj and Niha both are non-Tamil speakers, so co-operate with them. Both are so adorable and caretaker.

I had a wonderful stay at Rowther's property! He was very accommodating and flexible, even offering an excellent view of his beautiful tea estate. Rowther was always responsive, making communication smooth and easy. The property itself is peaceful and serene, yet conveniently close to the city and popular spots in Ooty. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway with fantastic views!

We had a pleasant 3 night stay here.Rooms were very neat and clean. View from the room number 8 is really awesome.Room service were really good especially they (abhiraj and niha )serve with a smiling face at anytime.They arrange the food and the camp fire on prior notice.

Owner is very commercial, different prices told and for 200 he was dragging when paid 4k for 2 rooms. Worst experience in ooty on our first day no water for bath and no power, more over the beds was dirt and hairs. Beyond that there are cats roaming all over the ground floor rooms beds. One positive is location is good.
