TANJORE HOME STAY

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this charming home stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by caretaker Rama. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep each evening. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always available to offer local recommendations or assist with anything I needed, yet they also respected my privacy. I loved the home-cooked breakfasts each morning—fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to my day. The location was ideal, tucked away in a peaceful area but still close to key attractions. The surrounding nature added to the charm of the stay, providing a relaxing environment. I highly recommend this home stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic experience with exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

Cute and comfortable! We stayed in this lovely homestay and made it a base for visiting the breathtaking Brihadeeshwara temple in Thanjavur and the Trichy temples including Uchi Pillayar in Rockfort and the Sri rangam temple. The rooms were spacious and everything worked. Wonderful service including home made breakfast and dinner. Very homely and enjoyed our conversations with Rama. In the morning, we were greeted by a peacock which was amazing.

We had a really bad experience here. Neither the owner nor the caretaker lives here. You are all alone and the homestay is away from the city so you should be cautious. There is no one to help if you there are any problem at night. AC stopped working around 11pm and there was nobody to check the issue. We tried calling the owner and the care taker and no one answered the call or messages. We could not sleep all night the caretaker came in the morning and fixed it. No one even apologized to us. The owner did not even bother to call back or respond to messages even in the morning. And the caretaker just said that her phone was on silent mode !

Spacious, clean rooms in a village setting a short distance away from the temple town. Well maintained with no-hassles plumbing and electrical fixtures. Very delicious vegetarian breakfast. Warm hospitality. The host was very helpful in assisting us with a taxi booking for our onward trip. We had requested for an early check-in and this was made possible for us by the host. We got some much-needed rest and were able to enjoy a leisurely stay in Thanjavur away from the noisy, dusty town. So glad we made the right decision. I spent a lot of time in the morning observing the village bird life from the sit-out.

Small cosy cottages with a good interiors and comfortable stay..Owner and the staff is super helpful and we loved our stay...location is near all major tourist location..Definitely recommend it..

Our stay here was truly wonderful. If you're looking for a quiet retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. The host goes above and beyond to assist with everything—whether it's arranging a tuktuk, preparing delicious meals for breakfast and dinner, or even helping us book a taxi to Pondicherry. We had an absolutely great time and highly recommend this place!

The homestay is in a quiet suburb of Tanjore, which was really lovely to retire to after a day of exploring the busy town. The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, the bed is very comfortable, the room had both a fan and AC and a warm water shower. I had the best night's sleep since we arrived in India. The owner, Usha, was a lovely and helpful hostess and Rama's cooking was excellent. I wish we had known Usha also had a homestay in Trichy (Tranquility)... Highly recommended.

Really super for the quality of rooms , service , ambience , and proximity to temple...i had booked only on seeing the photos ..and was really worried whether it was real or not...but everything matched my expectations...i had booked 2 rooms...we were 4 adults...The rooms are aesthetic and neat..with all amenities like towel etc are aesthetically done. fans ac kettle etc perfect condition. The home cooked breakfast was extremely super...the pongal was really the height of taste of pongal standards..Full credits to the care taker / manager Rema...She is a expert of the locality...her Asst ganesh was also good in behaviour and service...Rema is the superstar ! 100% comfort i enjoyed ! Thanks usha and rema for the experience . any doubts any body has while planning for this property, pls reply to this i can clarify
