Royal Grand

Our Royal Grand stay with last weekend was totally peaceful.. Great location near Sholayar dam, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful Management and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of accommodation. Everything about the stay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed as a gang and were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I strongly recommend Royal Grand for amazing stay and special thanks to Nagaraj for his accompanying as well as made us engaged well with DJ nights

Amazing place to stay with friends and family located in a peaceful location. The owner is very humble and makes sure your stay is comfortable. Food is being prepared by the host family itself and is very good and hygienic. We were also able to see a lot of small wild animals frequenting this property. Would highly recommend for all.

Waste place, worst food, zero hospitality. DO NOT go by the paid reviews here. They don't even have towels for rooms. Such shaggy place this is. Not sure which fools reviewed good. There are better homestays there definitely avoid this one. The good thing is the location, it's calm and you can see lion tail macaque roaming around in the morning. Do you understand the meaning of cleanliness??? For that you yourself need to be there not let the entire homestay on the hand of only one person who doesn't even know English to communicate.. one room with blankets those were smelling. Only 1st day we had lunch and dinner. 2nd day dnr. Though brkfst was complimentary we just had once since we got to know the only option for it was idli. And you call in complimentary. So we preferred not to have next day. Fact is the small shop nearby preparing nice Dosa and vada so we had there only. 1 star for the location

This place is on the chalakudy Valparai road just less than 1km from Malakapara center. The owner is carelessly kept the place without proper cleaning, due to the improper drainage system there is smell of toilet waste,... Will not suggest this place to anybody... 😥😥😥

The hotel rooms are very neat and clean. Owner is very friendly and he did whatever we ask.. We can order food here itself. Tea and coffee also available. Location is very good. Every room have a heater and TV. If we go with friends we can enjoy. But in another room if family is there then we cant enjoy like privacy. Its very very near to Sholayar dam.

Room is neat and clean. Resort ambience is very good, due to which we got a peaceful stay.Food is home made and is awesome. Resort people are very friendly. . They helped in getting some valparai special tea powder and other groceries from a good shop. Overall we got pleasant experience during the stay. Please keep up the good work.

We stayed here for two nights. It was a great experience. Hotel located near to solaiyar dam and athirapalli route. Room maintenance and service were good. Complimentary breakfast was good in taste. We ordered dinner also here it was also good. Hotel owner cum manager is very nice person and supportive. He arranged all the requests we made. Room outside view was excellent full greenery and tall trees.
