Excellent property and very well maintained by Mr and Mrs Pradeep Sharma. They were very hospitable and courteous and were available to help us throughout the stay. Their pricing was also very fair for the property they had provided. And it includes a lot of amenities like a fully functional kitchen with utensils, microwave, fridge, water purifier. Special mention for availability of camp fire which will be provided on request and a fully functional jacuzzi.

I recently stayed at this villa hosted by Mr. Pradeep Sharma, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The villa is incredibly spacious, offering luxury and comfort for even a group of 20 people. The interiors are thoughtfully designed, blending elegance and functionality perfectly. One of the highlights was the home-cooked food, available at an extra cost. It was not only delicious but also gave a homely touch to our stay. Hygiene was maintained to the highest standards, making the entire experience worry-free and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the affordability of the place. For the level of luxury and amenities provided, it’s a steal deal. Mr. Sharma’s attention to detail and hospitality added to the charm of the stay. Our stay at Sharma Nivas Yelagiri Villa was nothing short of amazing! The property is beautifully designed, with an aesthetic charm that instantly makes you feel at home. One of our favorite spots was the swing on the first floor, where we spent hours taking in the gorgeous views—it’s truly a place that brings peace to your soul. The villa is perfect for families, especially if you have kids. The caretakers were incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The food, available at an extra cost, was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared, even for kids—it felt like a home-cooked meal but with a gourmet touch. Mornings here were magical. Imagine waking up to the sounds of birds and peacocks, surrounded by nature—it was such a refreshing change from the usual city noise. And for the chilly evenings, we loved sitting around a cozy campfire (you can request it for an additional charge), sharing stories under the stars. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top—soaking in warm water with a breathtaking view was an experience we’ll never forget. Good place to stay for the weekend ,the place was as expected as shown in pictures. Maintained well with good hygiene. The caretaker were really friendly and the food quality was good and tasty.much recommended place to stay with family Can accommodate good number of people

Awesome property. Excellent service provided by Care takers. Mr.Pradeep Sharma was very kind and polite throughout the stay... Food was delicious and kid friendly. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant stay. The views were amazing. Calm surrounding away from the chaotic city noises. We had a fantastic stay at Sharma Nivas yelagiri Villa, enjoying excellent amenities especially jacuzzi with breathtaking views. Thank you once again to our Host Mr. Pradeep sharma and other staffs for their excellent hospitality. Food is great. The serene atmosphere and attentive service made it a perfect getaway. This is a new property with amazing interiors. Has a great maintenance and quality futures and wifi . If visiting Yelagiri, avoid resorts and choose individual properties like sharma villa. Had a great stay. Worth for the price.
