The property right in middle of the Tipperary coffee estate. The stay is awesome with family. Treehouse is very well built with proper care and having all basic requirements. We spent a very wonderful family time close to nature. Kids enjoyed the stay. Had a chance to meet with the owner Mr Satyandra who is very gentle and humble person. The staffs are very good and hospitality is too good.

The room is very spacious, well equipped and has all you need for a short and pleasant stay, viz. refrigerator, kettle, and geyser. In order to enjoy the pristine close-to-nature environment, they do not have an in-room TV (which is definitely not a con). The staff here are extremely nice. They freshly prepare and deliver food in the room. They also attend to you immediately in case of rats/insects in the room. Also, you can buy locally grown organic Arabica coffee powder/beans and pepper from the reception office. They do take orders placed over the phone or WhatsApp and deliver these items to your homes in case of stock-out at the time of your visit to their property or in case you want more after you return back.

What I liked: 1. Awesome location. Nice view of the estate and Salem city. Salem city lights appeared like shining diamonds from this pitch-dark treehouse. The place is very calm; feels like staying in a jungle and not a coffee estate. 2. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 3. The food was very good (except for one dinner when it was very hot/spicy). 4. The concept of the tree house itself is very good. What I didn't like: 1. The treehouse was rodent infested. We stayed for 2 nights and found atleast 3 rats (or probably big sized mice) walking over the table and bedside table. We complained immediately and asked for a change. But they said they were fully booked and sprayed some chemicals and set mouse-traps instead. Apparently, the rodent issue was already known to the admin! By the way, 2 rodents were caught in the trap. The stench of the chemicals and sight mouse-traps were not a great experience. 2. You pay for any activity in this place. Have stayed at other estates in places like Munnar, Coorg before, where the estate-walk, atleast, is not charged! In some estates, they organise bonfire during the Christmas-New Year weekend. I am doing an apples:apples comparison considering the tariff too. 3. Just before our checkout, while having breakfast, a huge tree fell just next to the dining area. It shook the dining area and also snapped some electric wires. I seriously doubt the safety of this place. If the nearby dead/decaying trees are not pruned in a timely fashion, a big tree landing on the structure of the treehouse could challenge the safety of steel supporting rods.

If you really wish to disconnect from the whole world, this is the place for you. I booked tree house well in advance. This place is booked almost all the time. Amid coffee plantation and lush green jungle, sweet voice of water streams one can lose himself. Tree house is very well maintained. This place is really big and really private. You can enjoy some quality time with your loves ones. Food is good but you will have to order food from outside. Staff will arrange the cutleries and a microwave is always there. They have a short safari as well. A private bonfire is also available for a nominal cost. One of the best experiences I ever had.

An wonderful experience for anyone who loves the forests. The tree house is so well made with all facilities on a tree! The whole feeling of living on a tree top is something that will live with you. It's complete with a bed and a washroom. Couldn't have been more comfortable. The air fresh, Nature and her sounds...soul soothing. I would just suggest the management to replace harpic as well as handwashes, to eco friendly and biodegradable options so that the forests are not harmed. Also, I found the skull of an antelope in the room unsightly, why have a symbol of a beautiful animal killed. Overall it's a must visit for anyone who loves to live in Nature

Think about the sounds of creatures coming from the woods, the floor swinging with each gush of wind. A view which you would cherish for lifetime and a place so close to the town, yet so remote that you'll be entirely reliant on WiFi (I was 'Working from home' from this exact spot). Tuck deep in the wilderness where bisons roam the woods, where clouds wake you up and crickets put you to sleep, an awesome experience, I had to extend my stay due to the beauty and the location... I will visit again. Hats off to the staff, Rajesh and others for looking after our needs in the wilderness. Also met Mr Sathyendran during checkout, he's an awesome personality all together, even so high in the mountains, yet so down to earth. Thank you for hosting us. Will be visiting again...!

A perfect place for a weekend gateway!! We stayed at the tree house and it was one of the best experience ever. So adventures at the same time. The glass open sky view is like a cherry on the cake. I was there at the end of a month so could see the full moon just right above me while on bed. Also, u wake up and get to the sky so mesmerizing. The service provided was also great, the staffs there are quite polite and ready to help. A perfect place to celebrate any special occasion. Planning to visit again very soon. :-)

Awesome, customer friendly and scenic place. Booked a Tree house at the property and the experience was beyond our expectation. Felt bit costly for Tree house stay, but for the experience and privacy, it's worth. Tree house, highly recommend for newly married couples and 4-5 friends group, who looking for privacy and peace from busy life.
