I stayed at this place for 4 days in the first week of October. When I arrived after 12 hours of traveling, I was made to wait at the reception for about half an hour. Then I got to know that they had alloted our room to someone else also. Thankfully I had the screenshots from my chat regarding advance payment and reservations. I had to send these to prove my booking status. It was highly unprofessional of the people who manage this property, as they only have 4 rooms and still managed to mess it up. The other family(4 adults,3 children) were then asked to manage in 1 room. The food was super spicy(we ordered dal rice on first day). Water pressure was low(specially in the morning)in the washrooms, and overhead shower was not working. The location is a little off from the main roads.. It is quiet and peaceful, but it's difficult to get Uber, ola services( as they were also confused about the location).

Fantastic staff, lovely surroundings, and a fantastic place. The hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff and receptionists I've ever encountered. The hotel was outstanding in every way. It was fantastic, spacious, fashionable, and clean. The food was excellent and well-valued, and the attentive and effective service was provided. The room itself was cozy and tastefully furnished. The only negative was that they gave me a very tiny water bottle to drink from, which I think should be improved. Other than that, I had a great time while visiting. In the future, I plan to return for a longer stay.

My stay at arzoo stays was amazing. The food is verytastyand it has a very peaceful vibe. Must recommend if you want to stay within the lush greenery.

Our two-day stay at the aarzoo stay was fantastic! The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved the convenient location and the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we can't wait to come back!
