I booked this via OYO on Jan 23, 2021. The hotel is not at the marked location. Rather, the entire lane and nearby lane doesn't have Genesis hotel. The contact number provided from OYO is never picked up too. Horrible experience in cold-chilly winter morning. Do not book this.

They are running fraud not hotel there tv will not work They never pick your call from reception Uncleaned towel and they are running shady business in name of oyo hotel Worst hotel in lucknow go to any 200 or 300 rupee hotel it will much better than this
