The family rooms are on the ground floor. We book 3 rooms on ground floor and ventilation is very good experience was very good hotel staff is very corporative. Rooms are very species comfy beds, nice bathroom

Pathetic Experience!! They are cheating when it comes to early checkouts.. The owner Swati is quite rude.... Don't trust them... they don't even know how to handle customer support...They think we are stupid by making bookings in advance . She gave reason for not refunding for early checkouts as inventory and book keeping procedure, which is completely false I believe since they don't provide GST invoice . So my recommendation is not to book this hotel also to Fabhotel plz delist them at the earliest..

I arrived yesterday evening and was given a room on the 4th floor in a building with no lift. I had to carry the luggage myself. The room was in a deplorable condition as you can see in the pictures. Both AC and round table were broken, ceiling was dirty, bed linen and towel were stinking, washroom had rusted sanitaryware. I told the staff at the time of check-in as well as last night that I had already paid for breakfast at the time of booking but even after knowing that, today morning at 11 AM, when I asked for breakfast, the guy at the reception told that it is not ready and is usually served after 11:30 AM, that too, in a different building. Hotel is in building H-46 but breakfast is served in H-38. Such is the working condition of this so called hotel. Please stay away.
