Pavan Residency

I spent 3 nights and can say that the family is extremely hospitable and welcoming. Very friendly. They were so helpful and kind. The place is in a safe area and gated — so you can park your motorcycle safe (bring a cover as parents bring their children for schooling to the place). Don’t worry, there was no noise on the rooms. The rooms are Indian standard, but value/ money is fine. Cleaning happened after I moved in, but that was ok. Restaurants and markets are in walking distance - 7 minutes. You can really feel at home at this place. They are used to foreign travellers and the children of the owner speak perfect English. As the place is close to the jungle bring Moskito protection.

Room and bathroom were clean, had an indoor parking for car. The stay was very comfortable. The location of the stay is very good , near enough from highway , had a park just in front of the house. It is located at VIP residential area. It’s a very peaceful location. One con was that bedsheet and pillow covers were not replaced after previous checkout as they still had many hair, wasn’t much of an issue for me as I always carry my own bedsheet and pillow cover. The host Pavan is a good man and was very responsive and respectful. We had a good breakfast here. From hereon this will be my default place to stay in Pilibhit.

Lovely hosts with a lot to offer, and lots of attention to needs of their guests. Food is very healthy here, not to heavy or oily. The room is good and has no mosquitoes. Things that could be improved are 1. Stop the cctv unit beeping constantly, it make’s sitting in the common area stressful. 2. Install a Wi-Fi extender so that it can be used in rooms, without having to stand next to the adjacent building

Home converted to hotel, no good hospitality and services, gyzer provided in room toilet is soo small that hardly one mug of hot water comes. Sorry to say, u didn't provide any option to switch room. Instead u gave room in total different rate from the one mentioned in the web. Also homestay is not like this they are totally different.

The very best Residency in pilibhit distt-A noise free, pollutant free. And one of the best things is that a green Garden in this Residency where you can take a fresh breath by sitting outside of the room or in Lawn.. And behaviour of owner (Pawan Uncle) jitni tarif kiya jaaye km hi hoga...

Nice place to stay Neat & clean rooms Cleanliness is at par with 3-4 star hotels. Food is delicious. Highly recommended to stay in Pilibhit
