The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The peaceful atmosphere, fresh air, and beautiful surroundings made our stay truly relaxing. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the hills. We would definitely love to visit again!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The homestay was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The food was delicious and felt just like home. A special thanks to the caretaker for being incredibly helpful, caring, and always available whenever needed. Perfectly located between Bhimtal and Nainital, it offers easy access to both destinations while providing a calm and scenic retreat away from the crowds. I just noticed after giving review he added more reviews with 5 Star to maintain his rating. If you want to ruin ur vacation you can book this. I would strongly advise against booking this property. The positive reviews appear misleading based on my experience. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. The room had a persistent bad odor, and there was only one caretaker for the entire property, who was very slow in responding to requests. I had to make nearly 10 calls just to get basic necessities like towels and drinking water, and eventually had to go downstairs myself to collect them. The dinner service was equally disappointing. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the food arrived around 11 PM and was undercooked. When we raised these concerns with the owner, he completely denied the issues and spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. We were charged extra for a “lake view” room, but the lake was actually about 4 km away and not visible as advertised. This felt highly misleading. Due to the poor service and overall experience, we decided to check out a day early. However, the owner refused to refund the amount for the unused night. His attitude clearly suggested that he had no intention of addressing our concerns or returning the money. What was most disappointing was that although the owner lived in the same building, he never came to discuss the issues with us in person. Any responsible owner should be willing to meet guests face-to-face when serious complaints are raised. In my opinion, the reason they insist on advance payment is because they know many guests would reconsider staying after experiencing the service quality and the owner’s attitude. Additionally, the location is quite inconvenient. The property is situated far up in the hills, with steep and difficult driveways that can be challenging to navigate, especially for inexperienced drivers. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays I have experienced, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Very good hotel located about 30 minutes ahead of Nainital in a peaceful area. The rooms were very clean and hygiene was well maintained. Everything was well managed and the overall environment was comfortable. Staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to caretaker Yuvraj, he was very supportive and made our stay even better. Overall a great experience, highly recommended!

Our stay at this homestay in Bhowali was truly memorable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities required for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The homemade food was delicious and added a special touch to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the peaceful environment, beautiful mountain views, and genuine hospitality.
